Özet
Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in lahn-ı celî ve lahn-ı hafîden korunarak sahih biçimde okunmasını amaçlayan Tecvid ilmi, tarihsel süreç içerisinde tedricî olarak teşekkül etmiş ve müstakil bir disiplin hâline geldikten sonra zengin bir literatür üretmiştir. Bu literatürün önemli bir kesitini, Cumhuriyet'in ilanından günümüze kadar kaleme alınan Türkçe Tecvid eserleri oluşturmaktadır. Söz konusu eserler hem klasik Tecvid mirasını aktarma hem de değişen eğitim şartlarına cevap verme amacıyla telif edilmiş olmakla birlikte, yöntem ve içerik bakımından belirgin farklılıklar sergilemektedir. Cumhuriyet Dönemi Türkçe Tecvid eserlerinde görülen bu farklılaşmanın, Tecvid öğretiminde zaman zaman kavramsal belirsizliklere ve uygulamada bilgi karmaşasına yol açtığı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışma, söz konusu eserlerin yöntem ve muhteva tercihlerini; yazıldıkları dönemin ilmî, pedagojik ve toplumsal şartları, müelliflerin ilmî öncelikleri, hedef kitleleri ve başvurdukları referans kaynaklar ekseninde incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Tecvid ilminin hem teknik hem de pratik boyutu dikkate alınarak, sahaya yansıyan bilgi çeşitliliğinin doğurduğu problemler analiz edilmekte; bu problemlerin tarihsel arka planı ortaya konulmaktadır. Araştırmada, Cumhuriyet Döneminde telif edilen Tecvid eserlerinin, yazıldıkları dönemin ihtiyaçlarını ne ölçüde karşıladığı; içerik genişlemesi ve yöntem farklılaşmasının pedagojik bir zorunluluktan mı yoksa müellif tercihlerinden mi kaynaklandığı soruları ele alınmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, Tecvid tarihi boyunca eserlerde ele alınan konu başlıklarının kapsamındaki değişimin mahiyeti değerlendirilmekte; her seviyeye hitap eden tek bir Tecvid eserinin mümkün olup olmadığı ve“ideal”bir Tecvid eserinin hangi ilmî, pedagojik ve metodolojik parametrelere dayanması gerektiği tartışılmaktadır. Sonuç olarak bu çalışma, Cumhuriyet Dönemi Türkçe Tecvid literatürünü bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla analiz ederek, hem mevcut literatürdeki yöntem ve içerik çeşitliliğini anlamlandırmayı hem de gelecekte kaleme alınacak Tecvid eserlerine yönelik ilmî ve pedagojik ölçütler ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir.

The science of Tajwīd aims to ensure the correct recitation of the Qurʾān free from both laḥn al-jalī (obvious error) and laḥn al-khafī (subtle error). Having gradually developed over time, Tajwīd eventually emerged as an independent discipline, giving rise to a rich and diverse body of literature. A significant segment of this literature consists of Turkish-language Tajwīd works written from the proclamation of the Republic of Türkiye to the present day. These works were produced with the dual purpose of transmitting the classical Tajwīd heritage and responding to evolving educational needs; however, they display notable differences in both methodology and content. The methodological and structural diversity observed in Turkish Tajwīd works of the Republican period is believed to have led, at times, to conceptual ambiguities and pedagogical inconsistencies in Tajwīd education. This study aims to analyze these works by situating their methodological and content-related choices within the broader framework of the intellectual, pedagogical, and socio-cultural conditions of their respective periods, as well as the scholarly priorities of their authors, their intended audiences, and the reference sources upon which they rely. By taking into account both the technical and practical dimensions of Tajwīd, the study also examines the problems arising from the multiplicity of approaches reflected in educational practice and seeks to uncover their historical background. The research further investigates whether the Tajwīd works produced during the Republican period adequately addressed the needs of their time, and whether variations in scope and methodology resulted from pedagogical necessity or from individual authorial preference. In this context, the study evaluates the changing scope of topics addressed in Tajwīd literature throughout its history, questions the feasibility of producing a single Tajwīd work suitable for all levels of learners, and explores the scholarly, pedagogical, and methodological parameters required for the construction of an“ideal”Tajwīd textbook. In conclusion, this dissertation offers a comprehensive analysis of Turkish Tajwīd literature of the Republican period, aiming both to contextualize the diversity of methods and contents within the existing literature and to propose academic and pedagogical criteria that may guide the preparation of future Tajwīd works.
