Özet
Bu çalışmada Kantçı sanat teorisi ve deha kavramının Kant sistemi içindeki rolü veönemi incelenmiştir. Bu incelemeyle Kant sisteminde insan olmanın anlamı nedirsorusunu sanat ve sanatçı üzerinden cevaplamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Kant`ınsanatı izleyici gözünden değerlendirip sanatçının zengin sanatsal deneyimini göz ardıetmesi eleştirilmiş ve bu eleştiri temelinde Kant`ın deha kavramı hakkındakigörüşlerinden yola çıkılarak tüm çalışma boyunca sanatçının perspektifi vesanatçının deneyimi ortaya konulmaya ve yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Dehakavramıyla birlikte açığa çıkan özgürlük ve doğa kavramları, sanatın ve dehanınsistem içindeki önemi ve rolü açısından belirleyici olduğundan bu kavramlarınanlamları açıklığa kavuşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Özgürlük ve doğal zorunluluğundeha ve yaratıcı edimi üzerindeki etkinlikleri yorumlanıp şu sonuca varılmıştır:Dehanın doğa vergisi olan yeteneğinin zorunluluğu ile sanatsal üretimdekiözgürlüğün bir ve aynı edime sebep olması dolayısıyla dehanın yaratıcı edimi Kantsistemindeki tüm ikilikler arasındaki birliğe, sistemin bütünlüğüne işaret eder. Buiddia ile insanın ikili doğasından kaynaklı sanatın, bu ikiliği birliğe kavuşturma yoluolduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

In this thesis, the role and the significance of the Kantian theory of art and concept ofgenius in Kant`s system is examined. In this examination, it is aimed to answer thequestion of the meaning of being human in Kant`s system through art and artist. Tothis end, Kant`s consideration of art from the spectator`s standpoint and ignorance ofartist`s perspective are criticized. In conformity with this criticism, throughout thethesis, depending on Kant`s conceptualization of the genius, the artist`s perspectiveand artistic experience are tried to be exhibited. In order to understand and interpretthe artist`s perspective, the meaning of the concepts of nature and freedom that arisealong with the concept of genius is clarified. By considering the effects of thefreedom and the natural necessity on genius, it is asserted that since the necessity ofthe naturally endowed talent of genius and the freedom of the productive act ofgenius cause to the one and the same act, the creative activity of genius refers to theunity of all the dualities in the Kantian system and hence to the completeness of thesystem. As a result of this claim, art, which arises from the dual nature of human,becomes the way to unite this duality.
