Özet
Araştırmamız konu ile ilgili kaynak taraması sonucunda elde edilen teorik bilgilerden oluşan dört bölüm, mülakat çalışmasından oluşan uygulamalı bir bölüm dâhil olmak üzere toplam beş bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde aile, evlilik, boşanma, değişim ve din kavramlarının kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçevesi işlenmiştir. Kavramsal çerçeve ele alınırken ailenin kısa tarihçesiyle birlikte, aile kurumunda meydana gelen değişimler, dinin toplumsal değişimlere etkisi ve dünyada algısal değişimlere yol açan hadiseler buluşlar ve bilimsel gelişimler perspektifinden ele alınmıştır. Bununla birlikte yine birinci bölümde Aydınlanma ile gelen eğilimlerin aile etkileri ve sosyolojik yaklaşımlar temelinde aile kuramları ele alınmıştır.Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde boşanmanın tarihi, teorisi incelenmiş, bu inceleme çerçevesinde İslâm dini ve bazı dünya dinlerinde boşanma olgusu ele alınmıştır.Araştırmanın üçüncü bölümünde Türkiye'de boşanma olgusu Osmanlı'dan başlayarak tarihsel ve istatistiksel olarak ele alınmış ve günümüz boşanma oranları ile mukayese yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın dördüncü bölümünde boşanmanın felsefi, dini, psikolojik, sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik sebepleri incelenmiş, boşanmaların hukuki davalara yansıdığı biçimiyle hangi sebeplerden gerçekleştiği araştırılmıştır.Araştırmanın uygulamalı bölümünde mülakat tekniği kullanılarak yapılan incelemelerde boşanmış kişilerle gerçekleştirilen mülakatlarda boşanmanın nedenleri irdelenmiş ve ortaya çıkan sonuçlar boşanma nedenlerine dair yapılan araştırma sonuçları ile karşılaştırılarak paralellik olup olmadığı değerlendirilmiştir.

Our research is made of five sections, four of which contains theoretic knowledge on the basis of literature review and the last section consists of interviews study.The first section of the study presents the cognitive meanings of the terms such as family, marriage, divorce, religion, change and social change. With providing a short history of family, the changes in family structure, the effects of religion on social change and some events-inventions-scientific developments causing perceptual shifts in the world are discussed. First section also argues about the effects of the enlightenment philosophy tendencies on the family and the section states family hypothesis based on some sociologic approaches.Second section examines the history and the theory of divorce and it also analysis the marriage conception in Islam and in some world-wide religions.Next, section three observes, from a statistical and historical approach, the divorce conception in Turkey starting from Ottoman Empire comparing it with today?s Turkey.Section four discusses the economic, religious, physiological, cultural and philosophical reasons of divorce by questioning on what reasons divorcements take place.The last section of the paper, the fifth, includes the face to face interviews with divorced people on the reasons of divorce. Allows us to acquire a plenty of different answers, this survey makes it possible to compare how the reasons of divorce are different from one to another.
