Information has always been one of the main ingredients of business processes and forms the basis of all decisio'n-making whether in a corporate or personal sense. An effective Management Information System (MIS) determines and provides the information that management needs to accomplish its goals. Information need will change depending on the level of management. In this study, a MIS is designed for a part of the top management of“ TUrkiye ei~e Cam Fabrikalarl A.e.”• First the present situation is analyzed, and problems are determined. Then some modules which will help top managers are suggested and designed~ Finally, suggestions about the implementation phase are made. v
