Özet
151 ÖZET Bu araştırmada amacımız Sivas ili merkez ilçesinde ailelerin sosyo-ekonomik özelliklerinden hareket ederek aile yapısını araştırmak ve sosyal sorunların aile içi ilişkilere etkisini saptamaktır. Çalışmamız kuramsal ve uygulamalı olmak üzere iki kısımdan oluşmuştur. İlk kısımda konuya ilişkin kuramsal bilgiler verilmiştir, ikinci kısmada ise örneklem olarak seçilen hanehalkı reislerine uygulanan 741 adet anketin sonuçlan başlıklar altında ve tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Aile sosyal bir kurum olması nedeniyle toplumun sosyo-ekonomik yapısından etkilenmekte ve yine bir kurum olması nedeniyle de ilişki ve tutumları etkilemektedir. Araştırmamız Sivas ili için bu sonucu vermiştir. Genel olarak kentlere özgü sosyal sorunların Sivas'ta da görüldüğü saptanmıştır. Ancak bu sorunlarla karşılaşılma sıklığı ve çözümlenme süreçleri kentin büyüklüğü ve gelişmişliği ile olduğu kadar ailelerin sosyo-ekonomik durumları ve aile biçimleriyle de ilişkili görünmektedir. Genel olarak modern bir yapının gerektirdiği sosyal örgütlenme henüz tam anlamıyla gerçekleştirilemediği için sosyal sorunlar geleneksel ilişkiler çerçevesinde çözümlenmeye çalışılmaktadır.

152 SUMMARY In tlıis study our aim is to investigate the family structure and to ascertain the effects of social problems on family interrelations of families living in Sivas city central county by relying on the socioeconomic characteristics of the families. Our study is made up of two parts: Theoretical and practical parts. In the first part theoretical information about the subject is given. In the second part the results of the inquiries applied to 741 household heads are given under headlines and shown in tables. Family as being a social institution is affected by the socio-economical structure of the society and again as being a social institution it affects the relations and the attitudes. Our study for Sivas city has given this result. It is made ascertain that generally the social problems special to cities are also seen in Sivas. But the frequency of meeting these problems and the process of analysis seems to be related to the size and the progressives of the city as well as the socio-economical position and the type of the families. Generally because the social organization needed in a modern structure could not be well established yet, social problems are tried to be solved in terms of traditional relationships.
