The research work is devoted to study of activity of oxidative systems at glycol and lialophytes in conditions of an extreme calcification. As objects of research were used monocolyledonous and dicotyledonous plants (barley, wheat, corn, string bean, peas, cotton plant), and also such obligate halaphytes as Solicornia herbaceac, S.europae. •Duiing woik the influence of salts (NaCl, Na2S04) on activity of oxidizina icstoi ation system ox/red in an assemblage of rootlets monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous plants was investigate. Was established, that in reducindicators (2,6-dichlorphenolmdophrnol methylene blue indiqokarmin) the change of the attitude on kinetics features concerns to series of reactions ol the first order. Is established, that in conditions of a salification in an assemblage of lootlets of plants the attitude ox/red grows. In experiences the positive correlation between saltstabihty of plants and size of the attitude ox/red was received. Is found out, that in comparison with glycophytes at halophytes an oxygGn absoiption and ions of chlorine weak. And it according lo size ox/red is completely connected (completely linked) to a weak course of metabolism. The speed of an oxygen absorption is expressed to a dysphasic curve. At action ol low concentrations, and also short-term infiuence of salt the process of respiration is accelerated, at long influence this process sharply weakens. At high salinization at glycophytes the communication (connection) of oxidation with phosporilation is broken and the power activity of respiration is sliaiply leduced. Opposite at obligat halophytes, growing in conditions of a natural salification, the power efficiency of respiration remains in norm. At increase of concentrations of salt solutions (0.1-1.0 M) the augmentation ol quantity (amount) in fabrics of an assemblage of rootlets 74 carries linear character. In conditions of a sahfication the activite of catalase and peroxidase, handicapping to this process, was inadequate. The influence of sahs on intensity^^over a weak luminescence descends in 3 stages 1) the intensity of an irradiating is reduced 2) a minimum reaches 3) intensifying an irradiating is observed The activity of antioxidants variated in dependence on age of sprouts from concentration of salts and has reached a maximum for 3-4 days of a germination. The next days the antioxidative activity is reduced. It is possible to explain by increase of intensity of body height, respiration connected to it of oxidation and chain oxidative process per the first days of a hermination, and also augmentation of a germination, and also augmentation of activity of some enzymes (catalase, peroxidase). The sharp increase of oxidative processes results in the accelerated expenditure of antioxidants and at a long course of this process is the cause of destruction of a vegetative organism.
