Özet
Bu tez çalışması ile Lactucinae Cass. ex Dumort. (Asteraceae) altoymağına ait ülkemiz üyeleri korolojik özellikleri ve tehdit sınıfları yönünden incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda 32 taksona ait 1131 kayıt analiz edilerek her taksonun yayılış, yükselti, sıcaklık-yağış, iklim, litoloji ve toprak haritaları oluşturulmuş ve biyoiklim sınıfları belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre Lactuca viminea (L.) J. Presl & C. Presl subsp. viminea en yüksek kayıt (168), L. leucoclada Rech. f. & Tuisl ise en düşük kayıt (1) sayısına sahip taksonlar olarak belirlenmiştir. İncelenen. taksonlardan 6'sı yaygın, 14'ü bölgesel yaygın, 2'si yöresel yaygın, 1'i bölgesel nadir, 7'si yöresel nadir ve 1'i nadir olarak yayılışa sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Endemik taksonlardan L. boissieri Rouy yöresel yaygın, L. glareosa Boiss. bölgesel nadir, L. fenzlii N. Kilian & Greuter ve L. variabilis Bornm. ise bölgesel yaygın taksonlar arasında listelenmiştir. İncelenen 32 taksonun 22'si ülkemizin Doğu Karadeniz Bölümü'nde yayılış gösterirken taksonların 19 tanesi İran Turan, 20 Avrupa Sibirya, 14 Akdeniz fitocağrafik bölgesinde yayılış gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen taksonlardan 1'i kritik (L. leucoclada Rech.), 2'si tehlikede (L. macrophylla (Willd.) A. Gray, L. quercina subsp. quercina),6'sı duyarlı, 1' i yetersiz verili (L. eburnea Rech.) ve geri kalan 21 takson ise tehdite yakın veya düşük riskli sınıfında yer aldığı belirlenmiştir.

With the present study, the chorological properties and threat categories of Turkish Lactucinae Cass. ex Dumort. (Asteraceae) were determined by using of updated records belong to 32 taxa. As a result of this investigation, the distribution of the examined taxa within the Turkish map of geological, altitudinal, temperature-precipitation, climatic, lithological, main soil types and bioclimatic classes were studied for each taxon for the first time. According to updated locality information, it was determined that Lactuca viminea (L.) J. Presl & C. Presl subsp. viminea is the widespread (168 records) and L. leucoclada Rech. f. & Tuisl is the narrowest (1 records) taxa in Turkey. Current study also revealed that 6 of the Turkish Lactucinae member are national spread, 14 of them are regional spread, 2 of them are local spread, 1 of them is regional rare, 7 of them are local rare, 1 of them is rare. However, L. boissieri Rouy is local endemic and L. galreosa Boiss. is regional endemic, L. fenzlii N. Kilian & Greuter and L. variabilis Bornm. are regional spread endemic to Turkey. While 22 of the 32 Turkish Lactucinae member are distributed in East Karadeniz Region of Turkey, 19 are distributed in Irano-Turanian, 20 are distributed Euro-Siberian and 14 are distributed in Mediterranean Region of Turkey. According to B Criteria of IUCN, it was reassessed that 1 taxa is critically endangered (L. leucoclada Rech.), 2 taxa are endangered (L. macrophylla (Willd.) A. Gray, L. quercina subsp. quercina), 6 taxa are vulnerable (6 taxa), 1 taxa is data deficient (L. eburnea Rech.) and rest of 21 taxa are near threatened or least concern at national level.
