Özet
Tezin ana temasını ili temsil konumunda bulunan valiliklerin logo/ logotype ve amblemleri oluşturmaktadır. Bilindiği üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti idari yapısı, taşrada illerden oluşmaktadır. Literatür taramasında kent logoları kapsamında, genellikle belediye logolarının incelendiği görülmüştür. Ancak tüm ilçeler dâhil illeri yani vilayetleri, valilikler temsil etmektedir. Kent logoları bakımından valilik logo/ logotype/ amblemlerinin incelenmesinin daha doğru olacağı değerlendirilmektedir.“Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Valilik Logo ve Amblemlerinin Tasarım Elemanları, Tasarım İlkeleri ve İçerik Açısından İncelenmesi”başlıklı tez çalışmasında 81 il valiliği kurumsal kimlikleri; logo/ logotype/ amblemleri özelinde incelenmiştir. İnceleme; tasarımın künyesi, sanat elemanları, tasarım ilkeleri ve içerik başlıklarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Eserin tasarımcısı ve kabul tarihi hakkında bilgiler derlenmiş, eseri oluşturan unsurlar, mesajı, kurumu temsili konularında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Böylece illerin, tanıtım ve temsilinin belediyelerden ziyade valiliklere ait olduğunu ifade etmek ve getirilen önerilerle valiliklerin kurumsal kimlik çalışmalarına logo/ logotype/ amblem özelinde katkı sağlamak amaçlanmıştır.

The main theme of the thesis is the logo / logotypes and emblems of the provincial governorships. As is known, the administrative structure of the Republic of Turkey, is composed of provincial cities. In the literature review, it was observed that the logos of the municipality were generally examined within the scope of the city logos. But all provinces, including provinces, provinces, governorships. It is considered that it would be more accurate to examine the logo / logotype / emblems of the governor's office in terms of city logos.“Design Elements logo and emblem of the Republic of Turkey Governor's Office, Investigation and Design Principles Open Content”in 81 provincial governorships thesis titled corporate identities; logo / logotype / emblems. The design was carried out in the headlines of the design, the elements of art, design principles and content. Thus, it is aimed to express that the provinces belong to governors rather than municipalities, and to contribute to the identity of the governorships in their corporate identity works in the form of logos / logotypes / emblems.
