Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışma, 2015-2019 yılları arasında Kuzeydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde baklagil bitkilerinin tohumlarında ciddi düzeyde zararlara sebep olan, tohum böcekleri olarak bilinen Bruchinae altfamilyası tür çeşitliliği ve bunların konukçularının belirlenmesi, morfolojik ve sistematik açıdan incelenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Yöntem: Bruchinae örnekleri Kuzeydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nden atrapla toplanılmış ve kültüre alınan kapsüllerden elde edilmiştir. Konukçularının belirlenmesi amacıyla bitkilerin herbaryumları yapılmış, elde edilen ve toplanılan tüm örnekler iğnelenmiş ve taksonomik karakterlerin daha detaylı gösterilmesi için disekte edilmiştir. Uzmanları tarafından teşhis edilen her bir Bruchinae türünün morfolojik tanımı yapılmış ve taksonomik karakterlerin çizimleri hazırlanmıştır. Habitat, konukçu bitki, morfolojik detaylar ve biyolojik gözlemlere ait dijital fotoğraflar sunulmuştur. Ayrıca, her bir türe ait coğrafik dağılış ve İncelenen Materyale ait lokasyon bilgileri verilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırma sonucunda, üç tribüse bağlı yedi cinse ait 36 tür tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar arasında, Bruchidius varipes Boheman 1839 Türkiye faunası için, Bruchidius dilutus Motschulsky 1874, Bruchidius lucifigus Boheman 1833, Bruchidius monstrosicornis (Pic 1904), Bruchidius pusillus (Germar 1824), Bruchidius villosus (Fabricius 1792), Bruchus venustus Fåhraeus 1839, Caryedon germari Küster 1845 ve Paleobruchidius plagiatus Reiche & Saulcy 1857 türleri ise Kuzeydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi için yeni kayıt niteliğindedir. Bruchinae türlerinin konukçu bitki ilişkisi araştırmalarına göre 12 adet tür için, 9 yeni konukçu bitki tespit edilmiştir. Bunlara ilave olarak, Spermophagus sericeus (Geoffroy 1785)'un, önemli bir yabancı ot olan tarla sarmaşığı Convolvulus arvensis L.'in tohumlarında beslenip geliştiği saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Bu altfamilyaya ait türlerin taksonomik açıdan önemli karakterlerin analizi, ilgili çizimlerin yapılması, erkek ve dişi genitalyaların detaylı olarak tanılanması ve illustre edilmesi, konukçu bitkilerin fotoğraflanması, teşhis anahtarlarının hazırlanmış olması bundan sonraki araştırmacılara ciddi düzeyde katkı sağlayacaktır.

Purpose: This study was carried out in order to determine species diversity, host plants and investigate morphological and sytematical aspect of Bruchinae species which are known as seed beetles that can cause serious damage especially in seeds of legume plants in Northeastern Anatolia Region between 2015 and 2019 years. Method: Bruchinae specimens were collected from the Northeastern Anatolia Region with atrap and were obtained from the cultured capsules. Herbariums of plants were made in order to determine their host, and all specimens obtained and collected were pinned and dissected to show more taxonomic characters. Morphological descriptions of each Bruchinae species diagnosed by its experts was made and illusrations of taxonomical characters were prepared. Digital photographs belonging to habitats, host plants, morphological details and biological observations were presented. In addition, geographical distributions and collection locality data for each species based on materials examined were given. Findings: As a result of the study, 36 species belonging to seven genera from three tribes were determined. Of these, Bruchidius varipes Boheman 1839 is new record for fauna of Turkey, while, Bruchidius dilutus Motschulsky 1874, Bruchidius lucifigus Boheman 1833, Bruchidius monstrosicornis (Pic 1904), Bruchidius pusillus (Germar 1824), Bruchidius villosus (Fabricius 1792), Bruchus venustus Fåhraeus 1839, Caryedon germari Küster 1845 and Paleobruchidius plagiatus Reiche & Saulcy 1857 are new record for Northeastern Anatolia Region. According to host plant relationship investigations of Bruchinae species, 9 new host plants were identified for 12 species. Furthermore, it was determined that Spermophagus sericeus (Geoffroy 1785) develop inside of seeds of the bindweed Convolvulus arvensis L. which an important weed.
