Özet

Serebral Palsi birçok yönden hastaları ve ailelerini etkileyen bir hastalıktır. Engelli bireyin durumu hakkında ailenin yeterince bilgiye sahip olmaması, ailede ekonomik olarak gereksinimlerin değişmesi, ebeveynlerin engelli çocuktan dolayı değişen rolleri, evlilik ilişkilerindeki bozulmalar, kendilerine ayırdıkları zamanın azalması gibi sorunlar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Birinci bölümde araştırmamızdaki amacımız açıklanmıştır. Çalışmamızın amacı Serebral Palsili bireyler ve ailelerini hastalık hakkında bilinçlendirmek, yaşam kalitelerini iyileştirmek, ailelerin yaşadıkları sorunlara çözüm üretmek ve ilerleyen çalışmalara ışık tutmaktır. Literatür araştırmaları yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı neden yapıldığı desteklenmiştir. İkinci bölümde Serebral Palsinin nasıl bir hastalık olduğu ve tipleri açıklanmıştır. Belirtilen tiplere göre Serebral Palsili hastaların klinik durumları açıklanmıştır. Kaygının tanımı, çeşitleri ve kaygıyı artıran ve azaltan faktörler incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde araştırmanın yöntemi açıklanmıştır. 30 hastanın ebeveynine çalışma anlatılmıştır. Katılmak isteyenlerden onam formu alınmıştır. Ebeveynlere sosyodemogrofik form, Aile Etki Ölçeği, Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği yapılmıştır. Ayrıca Pediatrik Fonksiyonel Bağımsızlık Ölçeği hastaya göre değerlendirilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde toplanan veriler analizi doğrultusunda Pediatrik Fonksiyonel Bağımsızlık Ölçeği ile Aile Etki Ölçeği arasında ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği ile Aile Etki Ölçeği arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu istatistiksel verilere bakarak hastanın aileye bağımlılığı artıkça ailenin etkilenim düzeyinin arttığı, etkilenim düzeyi arttıkça da umutsuzluğun arttığı belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı engelli bireylerin ve ailelerinin egzersiz konusunda farkındalıklarını artırmak, yaşam kalitelerini yükseltmek, ailelerin yaşadığı sorunları keşfetmek ve bilinçlendirmek ve gelecek araştırmalara ışık tutmaktır.

Cerebral Palsy is a disease that affects patients and their families in many ways. Problems arise such as the family not having enough information about the situation of the disabled person, changing economic needs in the family, changing roles of the parents due to the disabled child, deterioration in marital relations and the decrease in the time they allocate for themselves. In the first part, the aim of our research is explained. The aim of our study is to raise awareness of individuals with Cerebral Palsy and their families about the disease, to improve their quality of life, to find solutions to the problems experienced by families and to shed light on future studies. Literature research was carried out and the purpose of the research was supported. In the second part, what kind of a disease Cerebral Palsy is and its types are explained. The clinical conditions of patients with Cerebral Palsy are explained according to the specified types. The definition of anxiety, its types and factors that increase and decrease anxiety are examined. In the third chapter, the method of the research is explained. The study was explained to the parents of 30 patients. Consent form was obtained from those who wanted to participate. Sociodemographic form, Family Impact Scale, Beck Hopelessness Scale were administered to the parents. In addition, the Pediatric Functional Independence Scale was evaluated according to the patient. In line with the analysis of the data collected in the fourth part, it was determined that there is a relationship between the Pediatric Functional Independence Scale and the Family Impact Scale. It was determined that there is a significant relationship between Beck Hopelessness Scale and Family Impact Scale. By looking at these statistical data, it was determined that as the patient's dependence on the family increased, the level of influence of the family increased, and as the level of influence increased, the hopelessness increased. The aim of this research is to increase the awareness of disabled individuals and their families about exercise, to increase their quality of life, to discover and raise awareness of the problems experienced by families, and to shed light on future research.
