Anxiety is generally associated with a variety of somatic symptom patterns thought to reflect autonomic nervous system activity, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), uncontrollable excessive worry and it is a chronic and quite common disease characterized by anxiety, chronic anxiety and tension. There are many techniques used to treat anxiety. One of them is psychoeducation. According to researchers, psychoeducation has been observed to have positive effects on many psychological disorders. The aim of this study is to investigate the anxiety level of preschool teachers before and after psychoeducation. Hamilton Scale will be used to measure teachers' anxiety. Anxiety scale applied to 37 participants in total.
