Özet
07. m Bu araştırmada Samsun ili ve çevresi tutun işletmelerinin ekonomik yapısı, işletme faaliyet sonuçları, pazarlama yapısı ve üreticilerin tütün pazarlamacında karşılaş tıkları sorunlar i no e 1 ot imiş t i r. Araştırma sonucunda incelenen tütün işletmelerinde aktif sermayenin önemli bir bölümünü %BG.13) ciltlik sermayesi oluştururken, işletme sermayesinin payı oldukça düşük %13.B7) bulunmuştur. incelenen işletmelerde ortalama işletme masrafının %61.70'ini aile işgücü ücret karşılığı oluşturmaktad ir. Araştırma alanındaki işletmelerin 1/8 ü ürettiği tütünü tüccara satarken, 2/3 'ü de ürününü Tekel 'e satmaktadır. Iıvelenen işletmelerde üretilen toplam tutun miktarının ise, %49.41'ini tüccar, %50.59'ıınu Tekelcin aldığı belirlenmiştir. Tüccar genellikle kaliteli tütünü tercih etmektedir. Pazarlamada, fiyat yoluyla tütün üretiminin desteklenmesinin enflasyon nedeniyle önemini yitirmekte oldu A".saptanmıştır.

rv ABSTRACT In this research» the economic structure» the result of farm activities» the structure of marketing and the problems faced by the tobacco producers in Samsun province and its surroundings have been investigated. As a result of this investigation, i t has been found that fixed- capital constitute a significant part of the total assets (86.13 '/.) of the tobacco farms»whereas the share of the tenant's capital is relatively low. On the farms the cost for family labour constituted 61.70“/. of the total costs. One third of the farms sold their tobacco to merchants» whereas Turkish State monopoly (TEKEL). It has also been found that 49.41 V. of the tobacco produced by these farms was purchased by merchants, and 50.59 ”/. by TEKEL. Merchants generally prefer high quality tobacco. It has been found that» subsidization of tobacco prices in marketing has been losing it's importance due to high inflation.
