Özet
Bu çalışma giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; Müellif'in hayatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; Mecmu'a-i Bedî'-i Ruhâvî başlığı ile eser sadeleştirilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise; telifatın Osmanlıcadan günümüz harflerine aktarıldığı Mecmu'a-i Bedî'-i Ruhâvî'nin metni yer almaktadır. Sonuç bölümünde ise; müellif ve eserin muhtevası hakkında daha detaylı bilgiler yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada Sarrâçzâde 'Aliyyü'l-'Âliyyü'r-Ruhâvî'nin Mecmu'a-i Bedî'-i Ruhâvî isimli eseri metin ve inceleme bakımından ele alınıp kritik edilmiştir. Eser besmele, hamdele ve salvele ile başlamaktadır. Hz. Muhammed, Dört Halife, Aşere-i Mübeşşere, On İki İmam, Hz. Peygamberden Hafız Mumammed er-Ruhâvî'ye kadar olan Nakşıbendî Silsilesi ve Dört Mezhep İmamı'nın kısa biyografileri ile devam etmektedir. Eserde yirmi altı tarikattan kısaca bahsedilerek bu tarikatların kurucuları ve silsileleri hakkında da bilgi verilmektedir. Bununla beraber eserde, Nakşibendî Adâbı, Hatm-i Hâcegân tertibi, Tevessül Duası, Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî'ye verilen icazetname örneği, Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî'nin Hafız Muhammed Ruhâvî'ye verdiği icazetname ve hilafetname örneği yer almaktadır. Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî'nin Hafız Muhammed Ruhâvî'ye göndermiş olduğu birkaç mektubu da eserine alan Sarrâçzâde, Fûad Paşanın Pederi Keçecizâde İzzet Mollâ Efendî'nin Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî hakkında kaleme aldığı bir şiirini de eserinin sonuna alarak eserine son vermiştir. Eser adeta tabakat içeriğine sahiptir. Bununla birlikta 26 tarikat hakkında da ana hatlarıyla bilgi verilmektedir. Bu 26 tarikat dışında kalan tarikatların da isimlerini zikretmekle yetinilmektedir. Eseri kaleme alan "Sarrâçzâde 'Aliyyü'l-'Âliyyü'r-Ruhâvî, Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî'nin halifesi Hafız Muhammed Ruhâvî'nin torunudur. Eser; Tasavvuf başta olmak üzere Tarih, Tabakat, Sosyoloji, Menakıb, Neseb vb. gibi ilim dallarında da bilgi vermektedir. Bu alanlarda bilime ışık tutmaktadır.

This study consists of introduction, three sections and results. In the first part; Information is given about the life and works of the Author. In the second part; The work was simplified with the title of Mecmu-i Bedî'-i Ruhâvî. In the third part; The text of Mecmu-i Bedî'-i Ruhâvî is available, which the copyright is transferred from Osmanca to today's letters. In the result section; There is more detailed information about the author and the content of the work. In this study, the work of Sarrâçzâde 'Aliyü'l-'Âliyyü'r-Ruhâvî named Mecmu-i Bedî'-i Ruhâvî was addressed and criticized in terms of text and examination. The work starts with besmele, hamdele and salvele. Hz. Muhammed, Four Caliphs, Aşere-i Mübeşşere, Twelve Imams, It continues with the short biographies of Nakşbendi lineage from the Prophet to Hafez Mumammed er-Ruhâvî and the Four Sects Imam. The work briefly mentions twenty-six cults and provides information about the founders and lineages of these cults. However, the work includes Nakşibendi Manners, Hatm-i Hâcegân Scheme, Dua of Occasion, the example of the diploma given to Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî, the example of the diploma and the caliphate given to Hafız Muhammed Ruhâvî by Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî. Sarrâçzâde, who also received several letters that the Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî sent to Hafiz Muhammed Ruhâvî, also ended his work by including a poem about Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî by Fûad Pasha's father Keçecizâde İzzet Mollâ Efendî's. The work has the content of tabaqat. With this, it also outlines information about 26 sects. It is content with chanting the names of the sects that are outside these 26 sects. It also mentions the names of the sects besides these 26 sects. The author, Sarrâçzâde 'Aliyyü'l-'Âliyyü'r-Ruhâvî, is the grandson of Hafız Muhammed Ruhâvî who is the caliph of Mevlânâ Hâlid Bağdâdî. The work; provides information about History, Tabakat, Sociology, Menakıb, Neseb etc. And particularly Sufism. It sheds light on science in these areas.
