Özet
Araştırmanın amacı Sağlık Çalışanları İçin Sağlık Okuryazarlık Eğitimi Değerlendirme Ölçeği'nin (SÇSOYEDÖ) Türkiye geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmasını gerçekleştirmek ve hastanede çalışan hemşirelerde sağlık okuryazarlığı ile ilgili farkındalık ve bilginin arttırılması ve iletişim becerilerin güçlendirilmesini kapsayan sağlık okuryazarlık farkındalık eğitiminin etkinliğini incelemektir. Araştırma iki aşamadan oluşmaktadır. Birinci aşama Sağlık Çalışanları İçin Sağlık Okuryazarlık Eğitimi Değerlendirme Ölçeği'nin Türk toplumu için geçerlik ve güvenirliğini test etmek amacıyla 230 hemşire ile metodolojik desende yürütülmüştür. İkinci aşama hastanede çalışan 116 hemşire ile tek gruplu ön test, son test tasarım modelli yarı deneysel desende yürütülmüştür. Veriler Tanıtıcı Özellikler Soru Formu, Sağlık Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği ve Sağlık Çalışanları İçin Sağlık Okuryazarlık Eğitimi Değerlendirme Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Veriler, SPSS 25.0 paket programında tanımlayıcı istatistikler, ölçek geçerliği madde analizi, yapı geçerliği, kapsam geçerliği ve ölçüt geçerliği, ölçek güvenirliği iç tutarlık katsayısı ve madde-toplam puan korelasyonu ile değerlendirilmiştir. Sağlık Çalışanları İçin Sağlık Okuryazarlık Eğitimi Değerlendirme Ölçeğinin ön test, son test ve izlem test puanlarının karşılaştırılması Friedman testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. The study was aimed at carrying out the validity and reliability study of the Health Literacy Training Survey for Health Providers in Turkey and investigating the effectiveness of health literacy awareness training, which includes increasing awareness and knowledge about health literacy and strengthening communication skills in nurses working in hospitals. The research consists of two stages. The first stage which has a methodological design was conducted with 230 nurses to test the validity and reliability of the Health Literacy Training Survey for Health Providers for the Turkish society. The second stage which has a quasi-experimental design with a single-group pre-test, post-test design model was conducted with 116 nurses working in the hospital. Data were collected with the Personal Information Form, Health Literacy Scale and Health Literacy Training Survey for Health Providers. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 25.0 package program in terms of descriptive statistics, scale validity item analysis, construct, concordance and convergent validity, scale reliability, internal consistency and item-total correlation. Comparison of the test scores of pre-test, post-test and follow-up of the Health Literacy Training Survey for Health Providers was performed with the Friedman test. The Cronbach's α value was 0,93 for the overall scale and ranged between 0,87 and 0,90 for the sub-scales while item-total correlations ranged from 0,56 to 0,83 (p < 0,001). Model fit index: Root mean square error of approximation was determined as 0,074, the goodness of fit index as 0,915 and the comparative fit index as 0,962. The mean score the participants obtained from the Health Literacy Training Survey for Health Providers scale was 68,38 ± 10,91 at the pretest, 82,18 ± 11,86 at the posttest, and 80,45 ± 12,05 at the follow-up test.
