Özet
Bu tez, felsefe tarihinin en temel kavramlarından olan“ontolojik zorunluluk”ve“Zorunlu Varlık”fikrinin, Antik Yunan düşüncesinden İslam felsefesine uzanan tarihsel gelişimini ve Kur'an-ı Kerim'deki ontolojik temellerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarihsel ve karşılaştırmalı metin analizi yöntemi benimsenmiştir. Kavramın Antik Yunan'daki mitolojik kökenlerinden başlayarak Aristoteles, Plotinus, Fârâbî ve İbn Sînâ gibi filozofların sistemlerindeki rasyonel gelişim süreci ve bu bağlamda ortaya çıkan sudûr teorisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın temel bulgusu, özellikle İhlâs Sûresi'nin,“Ehad”ve“es-Samed”gibi kavramlarla felsefenin aradığı Zorunlu Varlık'ın en yetkin ve çelişkisiz tanımını sunduğudur. Ayrıca En'âm, Rahmân ve Fussilet sûrelerindeki ilgili ayetler analiz edilerek, ilahî fiil ve kâinatla ilişki gibi felsefi sorunlara Kur'anî bir perspektif sunulmuştur. Bu çalışma, felsefe ve tefsir disiplinlerini bütüncül bir yaklaşımla ele alarak, Zorunlu Varlık fikrinin ilahî vahiyle olan derin ontolojik uyumunu göstermekte ve bu kadim felsefi arayışın nihaî cevabının Kur'an'da bulunduğunu ortaya koymaya çalışmaktadır.

This thesis aims to elucidate the historical development of the concepts of“ontological necessity”and“the Necessary Being”—among the most fundamental concepts in the history of philosophy—from Ancient Greek thought to Islamic philosophy, as well as their ontological foundations in the Holy Qur'an. The study employs the historical and comparative textual analysis method, a qualitative research approach. It examines the rational development of the concept within the systems of philosophers such as Aristotle, Plotinus, al-Farabi and Ibn Sina, beginning with its mythological origins in Ancient Greece, and explores the theory of emanation that emerged in this context. The study's key finding is that the Surah el- Ihlas, in particular, offers the most complete and consistent definition of the Necessary Being sought by philosophy through concepts such as“Ehad”and“es-Samed”. Furthermore, by analysing the relevant verses in the Surahs el-En'am, Er-Rahman and El-Fussilat, a Qur'anic perspective has been presented on philosophical issues such as divine action and the relationship with the universe. By adopting a holistic approach to the disciplines of philosophy and exegesis, this study demonstrates the profound ontological harmony between the concept of the Necessary Being and divine revelation, and seeks to establish that the ultimate answer to this ancient philosophical quest is found in the Qur'an.
