Özet
ÖZET Ehl-İ Hadisin Akıl, Kıyas ve Re'ye Bakışı Tez konusu üç bölümde ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde tezin temel kavramlarını oluşturan akıl, kıyas ve re'y kavramlarının tanımları verildi. Buna ek olarak bu kavramların, Hz. Peygamber, sahabe ve tabiîn dönemlerinde nasıl ve ne şekilde kullanıldığı ile ilgili tarihi örnekler tespit edildi. İkinci bölümde; akıl, kıyas ve re'ye bakışını konu aldığımız Hadis ekolünün oluşum süreci incelendi. Bu ekolün oluşum süreciyle ilgili görüş ve yorumlara yer verildi. Konunun daha iyi anlaşılması açısından Rey ekolüyle ilgili bilgilere de yer verildi. Tezin üçüncü ve son bölümünde ise Hadis ekolünün akıl, kıyas, re'y, istihsan ve kelamla ilgili görüşleri hicri ilk üç asır içinde; Hadis ekolünün temsilcilerinin görüşleri ve literatüre yansıyan rivayetler bağlamında tespit edilmeye çalışıldı. Bu bağlamda Hadis ekolünün Rey ekolüne ilişkin eleştirileri de incelendi. Bunlara ek olarak Cerh ve Ta'dil kitaplarına yansıyan, re'y temelindeki eleştiriler tespit edilmeye çalışıldı. Hadis ekolünün akıl, kıyas ve re'ye bakışını konu aldığımız tezimizde sonuç olarak, Hadis ekolünün nassların (Kitap, Hadis) bulunduğu durumlarda mümkünse re'y kullanmamayı tercih ettiği, genel olarak görüşlerini hadislere dayandırmayı, hadislere bağlanmayı teşvik edip, Kitap ve hadisten bağımsız re'y kullanmaktan sakındırdığı ve onu kullananları eleştirdikleri kanaatine varılmıştır. Ayrıca Hadis ekolünün Rey ekolüyle özdeşleşen Hanefi Mezhebi ve mensuplarına yönelik eleştirilerinde 'Kitap ve Sünnetten bağımsız re'y kullanımı' konusunun ön plana çıktığı ve bu noktada maksadını aşan çok ağır ifadeler kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT The Perspective ofEhl-i Hadith to Reason, Comparison and Opinion The subject of the thesis is considered in three sections. In the first section, the definitions of reason, comparison and opinion as the basic concepts of the thesis are given. Besides, historical examples are determined on how these concepts are used during the period of the Prophet Mohammed, His companions and their descendants. In the second section, the formation process of Hadith school of which perspective to reason, comparison and opinion we take as our subject is examined. Opinions and interpretations about the formation process of this school is presented. There is also information about the Rey (opinion) school in order to make the subject more comprehensible. In the third and the final section of the thesis, the opinions of the Hadith School about reason, comparison, preference, and the Islamic theology during the first three century of the Hegira is tried to be determined from the opinions of the representatives of the Hadith school and the stories found in the literature. Within this context, the criticisms of the Hadith school to the Rey school are also examined. The criticisms which are found in the books of“Cerh and Ta'dil”, and which are on the basis of rey are also tried to be determined. In the thesis, in which we consider the perspective of the Hadith school to reason, comparison and opinion (rey), we finally come to the idea that the Hadith school does not prefer to use opinion in the conditions where there are the Koran and the Hadiths, they usually base their opinions to the hadiths and encourages to be loyal to the Hadiths, they prevent others to use solely opinion (rey) independent from the Koran and the Hadith, and they criticizes the ones who use only rey. It is determined that in the criticisms of the Hadith school to the Hanafi madhab, which becomes one with the Rey (opinion) school, 'the usage of rey independent from the Koran and the Sunna' comes to the forth and at this point a lot of unfair expressions are used.
