TÜRKİYE'NİN GÜZÇİĞDEMİ TÜRLERİNDEN Colchicum boissieri Orph. ÜZERİNDE MORFOLOJİK VE ANATOMİK GÖZLEMLER ÖZET Bu araştırmada Colchicum boissieri türünün morfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; gövde (korm), yaprak, çiçek, meyva ve tohum gibi organların morfolojik özellikleri ile bitkinin genel görünüşü (habitus) fotoğraflar eşliğinde verilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde; gövde, korm örtü pullan (tunik), yaprak, meyva ve tohumun anatomik özellikleri mikrofotoğraflar eşliğinde ilk kez bu çalışmada ortaya konulmuştur. Gövdeden enine ve dış yüzeysel kesitler incelenmiş, korm örtü pullarının üst ve alt yüzeylerindeki epidermis hücrelerinin şekilleri ile kormun parenkima hücrelerinden elde edilen nişasta tanelerinin morfolojisi belirlenmiştir. Yaprak ayasının orta bölgesinden enine ve yüzeysel ( üst ve alt ) ; meyvada perikarpın orta bölgesinden alınan enine ve yüzeysel (üst ve alt ); ve tohumda testadan alınan enine kesitler incelenmiştir. THE MORPHOLOGICAL AND ANATOMICAL OBSERVATIONS ON THE COLCHICUM (Meadow Saffron) SPECIES OF TURKEY : Colchicum boissieri Orph. ABSTRACT The morphological and anatomical features of Colchicum boissieri have been investigated in this survey. In the first part of the study; most of the morphological characteristics of the organs like corm, leaf, flower, fruit and seed and the general outlook (habitus) of the species have been given along with the pictures. In the second part of the study; anatomical characteristics of the corm and the corm scale leaves (tunics), leaf, fruit and seed have been shown with microphotographes in this research for the first time. Transverse sections also upper surface view from the stem, the shapes of the epidermis cells on the upper and lower surfaces of the tunics also the starch grains morphology obtained from the parenchyma cells of the corm have been determined. Transverse sections and surface views (the upper and the lower) from the middle portion of the lamina, transverse section and surface views (the upper and the lower) from the middle portion of the pericarp and the transverse section from the seed testa have been examined. xn
