Özet
ÖZET Bu tezde, Rosenbrock teoreminin sonuçlarının tekil sistemlere genelleştirilmesi problemi ile ilgilenildi. Kullanılan çözüm yöntemi, [ sE-A I -B ] kaleminin sağ kernelinin minimal olmayan ve özel bazı şartları sağlayan bir bazının bulunmasına dayanır. Daha sonra bu bazın vektörleri kullanılarak istenilen invaryant faktörler ve sonsuz elemanter bölücü kemiyetleri [sE-A- BF] polınom matrisine atanabilir. Bu işlemin sonucu F matrisinin hesaplanmasıdır Bu problemle literatürde dha öncede ilgilenilmiş ve birtakım sınırlayıcı varsayımlar altında bazı özel çözümler elde edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT In this thesis, the generalization of Rosenbrock's control structure theorem to singular systems are considered. The method of solution is to find a special right nonminimal basis for the kernel of the pencil [ sE-Al -B ]. Then, by using the columns of this right nonminimal basis, invariant factors and infinite elementary divisor orders may be assigned to the polynomial matrix tsE-(A+BF)]. The result of this process is the determination of F. This problem has already been considered in literature and was solved under some restrictive assumptions.
