Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Süper ve Birinci, İkinci ve Üçüncü Futbol Liglerinde takımları olan illerde görev yapan emniyet mensuplarının görev yaptığı iller, eğitim düzeyleri, spor güvenliği konusunda hizmet içi eğitim alma durumlarına göre mevcut yasaların uygulanması, seyirci saldırganlığının önlenmesi ve seyirci saldırganlığının nedenleriyle ilgili görüşleri arasındaki ilişkilerin ortaya konulmasıdır. Araştırmanın evreni Türkiye'deki çevik kuvvet polisidir. Örneklem Süper ve Birinci Lig için İstanbul ilinden 200, İkinci lig için İzmir ilinden 130, Üçüncü lig için Aksaray ilinden 40 personel olmak üzere toplam 370 personelden oluşturuldu. Bu personele, daha önce uygulanabilirliği test edilen, futbolda şiddetin önlenmesine yönelik uygulamaların durumu ile ilgili Anket Yöntemine dayalı çalışma yapıldı. Anket uygulamasından sonra anket üzerindeki hesaplanan değerler, araştırmaya konu olan değişkenlere göre sınıflandırıldı. Bilgisayar ortamına aktarılan veriler anova, t testi ve frekans dağılımı kullanılarak hesaplandı. Araştırma bulgularına göre Süper ve Birinci, İkinci ve Üçüncü futbol liglerinin bulunduğu illerde görev yapan Emniyet görevlilerinin mevcut yasaların uygulanması ile ilgili görüşleri arasında ve seyirci saldırganlığının önlenmesi ile ilgili görüşleri arasında önemli bir farklılık olduğu belirlenmiştir (p

The main reason of this study is to show the relations of the ideas of the the police officers work and have teams at Super-First, The Second and The Third football Leagues, the levels of education, the application of current laws according to the in-service training situation on the issue of sport security, the prevention of the spectators aggressiveness and the relations among the views related with the reasons of the spectators? aggressiveness. The universe of the search survey was Çevik Kuvvet Şube Müdürlüğü. The sampling was constituted by was constituted by 370 staffs, 200 staffs from İstanbul for the Super-First Leagues, 130 staffs from İzmir for The Second League, 40 staffs from Aksaray for The Third League. A study based on an Inquiry Method, whose practicability was tested before, about the case of preventing applications towards the violence in football, was carried out to the participants, these staffs. After applying the inquiry, the accounts gathered from the inquiry, were classified according to the variants on the issue of the subject matter. The data processed on a computer were rated by using anova, t-test and frequency distribution.
