Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmada, İzmir iline bağlı Bergama ilçesi çevresindeki değişik tarım ürünleri yetiştirilen ekili alanlardan 5 istasyon seçilerek, iki yıl boyunca (1989-1991) 40 toprak örneği alınmıştır. Toprağı sulandırma yöntemi uygulanarak yapılan çalışma sonucunda istasyonların mezofilik mikrofungus florasının yanısıra güneşle ısınan bu toprakların termofilik ve termotolerant mikrofungus florası saptanarak, tespit edilen türlerin mevsimlere göre dağılımları incelenmiştir. Araştırmamızda Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes ve Deuteromycetes sınıflarına ait birbirinden farklı 69 fungus türü izole edilmiş; bunlardan 19 türün Aspergillus Mich. ex Fr., 19 türün Penicillium Link ex Fr., 4 türün Trichoderma Pers Ex Fr., 4 türün Fusarium Link, 3 türün Talaromyces C.R. Benjamin ve Mucor Mich ex St., 2 türün Rhizomucor Lucet and Cost, ex Vuill., Humicola Traaen ve Alternaria Nees ex Fres., ve birer türün Chaetomium Kunze ex Fr., Clhdosporium Link ex Fr., Macrosporium Fries, Scopulariopsis (Bainier) Thorn, Stachybotrys Corda, Stemphylium Wallroth, Rhizopus Ehrenberg, Paecilomyces Bain., Torula Pers ex Fr., Ulocladium Preuss ve Stilbella Lindau genuslanna ait olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tanısı yapılan funguslardan Aspergillus asperencens Stolk, Aflaschentraegeri Stolk, Aspergillus sp. AH I Mich ex Fr., Penicillium biforme Thom, P.montanense Christensen and Backus, P.pusillum Smith, Penicillium turbatum Westling, Talaromyces emersonii Stolk, Humicola insolens Cooney et Emerson, Macrosporium commune Rabenhorst, Mucor bacilliformis HesseltmeJRhizomucor miehei (Cooney et Emerson) Schipper, Rhizomucor pusillus (Lindt) Schipper, Stilbella thermorphila Fergus'un yazarın farkında olduğu kadarıyla, Türkiye mikrofungus florası için yeni türler olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Tanılanan 69 mikrofungus türünün uygun besiyerlerinde değişen sıcaklıklara bağlı olarak büyüme miktarları incelenmiş; ortalama koloni çapları ve uygulanan sıcaklık dereceleri arasındaki ilişki tek yönlü vanyans analizleri ile karşılaştırılaraktermofilik ve termotolerant mikrofungus türleri ayırd edilmiştir. Buna göre Aspergillus fumigatus Fres.,A. nidulans (Eid.) Windt., A.terreus Thom, Aspergillus sp. AH I, Talaromyces emersonii Stolk, Humicola insolens Cooney et Emerson, Mucor sp I Mich ex St. ve Mucor sp II Mich ex St., Rhizomucor miehei (Cooney et Emerson) Schipper, R.pusillus (Lindt) Schipper, Rhizopus arrihizus Fischer ve Stilbella thermophila Fergus'mn termofilik; Aspergillus flavus Link ve A.niger Van Tieghem türlerinin termotolerant oldukları saptanmıştır.

101 8. SUMMARY In this research, 5 stations with different agricultural products from the vicinity of Bergama, Izmir province, were selected and 40 soil samples were taken during 1989-1991 period. Using the soil dilution method; besides mesophilic microfungal flora, thermophilic and thermotolerant microfungal flora of sun-heated soil were also found and seasonal distribution of these species were investigated. In our study, 69 different fungal species belonging to the classes Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes and Deuteromycetes were isolated. Of these, 19 species belong to the genus Aspergillus Mich, ex Fr., and further 19 to Penicillium Link ex Fr.; 4 species belong to the genus Trichoderma Pers Ex Fr., and further 4 to Fusarium Link; 3 species belong to the genus Talaromyces C.R. Benjamin and further 3 to Mucor Mich ex St.; 2 species belong to the genus Rhizomucor Lucet and Cost, ex Vuill. and further 2 to Humicola Traaen and Alternaria Nees ex Fres.; 1 species each belong to the genera Chaetomiutn Kunze ex Fr., Cladosporium Link ex Fr., Macrosporium Fries, Scopulariopsis (Bainier) Thom, Stachybotrys Corda, Stemphylium Wallroth, Rhizopus Ehrenberg, Paecilomyces Bain., Torula Pers ex Fr., Ulocladium Preuss and Stilbella Lindau. The results of our study establish that Aspergillus asperencens Stolk, A.flaschentraegeri Stolk, Aspergillus sp. AH I Mich ex Fr., Penicillium biforme Thom, P.montanense Christensen and Backus, P.pusillum Smith, Penicillium turbatum Westling, Talaromyces emersonii Stolk, Humicola insolens Cooney et Emerson, Macrosporium commune Rabenhorst, Mucor bacillifotmis Hesseltine, Rhizomucor miehei (Cooney et Emerson) Schipper, Rhizomucor pusillus (Lindt) Schipper, Stilbella thermorphila Fergus were recorded as far as author is aware, for the first time in microfungal flora of Turkey. The isolates that determined their distribution according to the seasons were grown under different temperatures by using suitable media and meeting their mean colony diameters by means of one way variance102 analysis thermophilic and thermotolerant microfungi species were separated. 14 species were found for the first time in Turkey's soils in our work. In conclusion, it was determined that Aspergillus fumigatus Fres.^4. nidulans (Eid.) Windt., A.terreus Thom, Aspergillus sp. AH I, Talaromyces emersonii Stolk, Humicola insolens Cooney et Emerson, Mucor sp I Mich ex St. and Mucor sp II Mich ex St, Rhizomucor miehei (Cooney et Emerson) Schipper, R.pusillus (Lindt) Schipper, Rhizopus arrihizus Fischer and Stilbella thermophila Fergus species were thermophilic, Aspergillus flavus Link and A.niger Van Tieghem were thermotolerant.
