Özet
Yüzlerce ağın birbirine bağlandığı, dünyayı saran her otonom sistemin bir düğüm ve Border Gateway Protokol ile birleşmesinin bir link olarak kabul edildiği örgünün incelenmesi ve grafiğe dönüştürülmesi otonom sistem seviyesindeki topolojiyi verir. İnternet altyapısı üzerinde araştırma yapmak ve düzenli takip edilen bir sistemin geliştirilmesine bir katkı yapabilmek için Türkiye'de bulunan otonom sistemlerin birbirleriyle olan bağlantısını ortaya koymak bu tezin ana konusudur.Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'nin internet haritası çıkarılırken çeşitli veri kaynakları kullanılmıştır. Bu veri kaynakları, internet yönetimi ve otonom sistem numara takibini yapan RIPE'nin projesi Riperis'in bütün otonom sistem yol birleşimlerini sunan veritabanıdır. Ayrıca her gün güncellenen ve Border Gateway Protokol tablo verilerini içeren CIDR veri tabanı da kullanılarak otonom sistemler arası ilişkiler ortaya konmuştur.Türkiye'nin internet altyapısının yapısal özellikleri belirlenmiş ve bunlar belirlenirken kullanılan metotlar ortaya konulmuştur. Yapılan bu çalışmalar doğrultusunda çeşitli analizler yapılmış, hazırlanan yazılım ile Türkiye'nin otonom sistem seviyesindeki internet topolojisi çıkarılmıştır.

Autonomous system level topology is the results of analysis and representation as a graph of the Internet where hundreds of network connect to each other and each autonomous system represented as a node and Border Gateway Protocol connections are represented as a link in this topology. In order to contribute to the research on Internet infrastructure and to produce a system that is updated on a regular basis, main subject of this thesis is to produce interconnectivity map of autonomous systems in Turkey.In this project various data sources were used while revealing the Internet map of Turkey. One of these data sources is the RIPE?s RIPERIS database where all autonomous system paths are provided. The RIPE NCC is one of five Regional Internet Registries providing Internet resource allocations, registration services and co-ordination activities that support the operation of the Internet globally. Inter-Autonomous System relations are produced using another data source called CIDR database which is updated daily and includes BGP table data.As a result of this work, structural characteristics of Turkey?s Internet infrastructure is determined and methods used in this process is explained. Various analysis was made on these results, and Turkey?s autonomous system level Internet topology is produced with the help of a software.
