Özet
Bu çalışmada sübstitüe pipekolik asit ve türevlerinin sentezi gerçekleştirildi. Bu amaçla, nikotinik asit önce SOCl2 ve ardından AlCl3 varlığında benzen ve toluen ile muamele edilerek ilgili ketonlarına dönüştürüldü. Ketonların Minisci reaksiyonundan ise 2 ve 4 sübstitüe karboksamitler elde edildi. Ayrıca benzen türevi amitlerin alkolleri de elde edildi. Daha sonra her iki izomerinde TiCl4 katalizörlüğünde hidrolizinden karboksilli asitler sentezlendi. Bu asitlerin hidrojenasyonundan rasemik halde aminoasitler elde edilmeye çalışıldı ancak sentez gerçekleşmedi.

In this work, substituted pipecolic acid and their derivatives were tried to synthesis. Nicotinic acid converted to ketones by treatment with SOCl2 followed by reaction with benzene or toluene in the presence of AlCl3. The Minisci reaction of ketones gave 2 and 4 substituted carboxyamides. Additionally, alcohols of benzene carboxyamides derivatives were synthesized. Then, the carboxyamides converted to the corresponding carboxyacids with TiCl4 assisted. The hydrogenation of these acids were tried to obtain rasemic amino acids, but did not realize the synthesis.
