Özet

Bu tezin amacı simgelerin siyasal sistemdeki etkilerinin, siyasal kültür ve toplum açısından değerlendirmesinin yapılmasıdır. Bireylerin siyasal sistem içinde farklı siyasal yönelim ve tercihler sergilemesinde, toplumsal dinamiklerin, bireyin psikolojik özelliklerinin, siyasal toplumsallaşmanın ve siyasal kültür yapısının etkili olduğu bilinmektedir.İçinde yaşadığımız toplumda siyasal sisteme ve siyasal hayata ilişkin duygu, düşünce ve tutumlarımızın ortaya çıkardığı siyasal kültür kavramı, toplumdan topluma farklılıklar gösterebilmektedir. Toplumun siyasal sisteme ilişkin tüm inanç tutum ve siyasete dair davranış kalıpları, genel kültürün daha özel bir parçası olan ve toplumun siyasal kültürünü bir arada oluşturan faktörlerdir. Bu durumda siyasal kültür, bir yandan siyasal sürecin işleyişini kolaylaştıran, diğer yandan da siyasal sistemin meşruiyetini ve devamlılığını sağlayan bir mekanizmadır.Siyasal simge ve amblem tercihlerinin bireyin toplumsal, ekonomik, demografik özelliklerine göre değerlendirildiği araştırmaya kavramların açıklanmasıyla başlanılmıştır. Sonrasında ise anket soruları değerlendirilerek siyasal simgelerin siyasal kültür üzerindeki etki düzeyi ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Simgesel etkileşimcilik kuramından faydalanılan bu araştırmada simgelerin bireylerin siyasal yaşamı üzerinde etkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Bu araştırmada incelenen konuya ilişkin kaynaklar ve olgusal veriler dikkatle incelenmiş ayrıca araştırmada kullanılan verilerin toplanması için anket formu ve mülakatlardan yararlanılmıştır.

The aim of this thesis is considering the effects of symbols of the political system in terms of political culture and society. As it is known, social dynamics, individual psychological characteristics, political socialization and structure of political culture affect the individual exhibit political orientation and preferences within the political system.The concept of political culture, which is came up with emotions, ideas and attitudes, those are belong to politic system and life in our society, can be changed by society to society. All the behavior molds in communities? political system, which is relative to belief, manner and politic, the factors of a special peace of liberal education and society?s political ethos. In this case, on the one hand political culture is a mechanism, which is simplified the duration of process, on the other side it is a mechanism of providing the political systems' legitimacy and permanence.This research which evaluates the political symbols and emblems according to the social, demographic and economic characteristics of individual was started with the unveiling of concepts. Subsequently, the political symbols? impact on the level of political culture is examined by means of the results of the public survey. This research which is constituted benefiting from `?The Symbolic interactionism?? comes to the conclusion that the political symbols prevail on the political life of people.In this investigation, the inspected subject's sources and factual data are examined carefully and also benefits from questionnaire forms and oral interviews for gathering the parameters of research.
