Özet
Eğitim-öğretim hizmetlerinin istenilir etkinlik ve verimlilikte sürdürülmesinin en etkili aracı denetim sistemidir. Öğretmenlerin iş başında yetiştirilmesi ve rehberlik yapılması denetimin ilk akla gelen öğeleridir. Tüm resmi ve özel eğitim kurumlarının açılması, kapanması, kurs ve özel dershanelerin denetimi eğitim denetçilerinin bilinen görevlerindendir. Eğitim denetçilerinin belirlenen görevleri yerine getirirken rol boyutunu oluşturan ve her biri birer yeterlik alanı olan yöneticilik, liderlik, öğreticilik, rehberlik, araştırma uzmanlığı ve sorgu yargıçlığı rollerini oynaması beklenir. İlköğretim denetçilerinin konuyla ilgili olarak dile getirdikleri sorunlara ilişkin bazı ifadeler; çok sayıda görevin verilmesi ve iş yükünün fazlalığı kendilerinde stres ve bıkkınlık meydana getirmektedir.Çalışmamızda; eğitimde kalitenin arttırılması amaçları kapsamında; denetçilik kurumu, eğitim sistemine yansıması ve özellikle eğitim denetçilerinin görevleri sırasında karşılaştıkları bireysel ve örgütsel anlamda stres kaynakları ve bunlarla baş etme yöntemleri incelemeye alınmıştır. Antalya ilinde yedi farklı eğitim bölgesinde görev yapan yedi eğitim denetçisine on beş açık uçlu sorudan oluşan bir soru formu kullanılarak nitel bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Ankete verilen cevaplar içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiş ve verilerin yüzde frekans değerleri ile örnek cevaplar verilmiştir.Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler ışığında, eğitim denetçilerinin görüşlerine göre kendilerini genelde stresli hissetmelerine rağmen, bireysel stres yönetimi konusunda başarılı oldukları belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma örgütsel stres kaynaklarının belirlenerek eğitim denetçilerinin bu stresle nasıl baş etmeye çalıştıkları konusunda yol göstermesi bakımından önem arz etmektedir.

The auditing system is the most efficient means of carrying on the educational and training services in an effective and productive way as desired . It is the well known duty of educational inspectors to supervise the opening and closing of all official and private educational institutions and to inspection of private educational courses . It is expected that the educational inspectors play the roles of interrogational judgement, mastery of inspection, guidance, leadership, administery each of which are all seperately fields of efficiency and they form the dimension of roles while they perform their duties. According to some statements that the elementary education inspectors have expressed in relation to the problems, to be given many duties at one time and the plenty of the work load create stress and they have got bored. In our study, the scope of the purposes of improving the quality of education; audit institution, the reflection of it to the education system, and especially, the sources of stress in organizational sense that inspectors face and strategies to cope with stress during their duties are to examine.A quantitative study has been established by using an interview form which is formed of fifteen interviewing questions to be asked to seven educational inspectors who carry on their duties in seven different educational sites of Antalya. The answers given to the form are analyzed by contents analysis and sample answers are given with the frequency percentage values of the data.Under the light of data obtained from the survey according to views of educational inspectors it is considered that although they generally feel themselves under stress they are succesful on individual stress management subject. This study has shown importance in accordance to depicting the institutional stress sources and guiding the educational inspectors about how to cope with this stress.
