Özet
Nigde Öküzgönü Tepe yöresi düsük tenörlü oksitli çinko cevherinden, çinko kazanımına yönelik,çinkonun hidrometalurjik yöntemlerle kazanılması bu tezin amacını olusturmaktadır.Yapılan mineralojik analizler sonucu cevherde; çinko alüminyum, kadmiyum, bakır,mangan, nikel ve bunun yanı sıra nabit olarak arsenik ve kursun elementlerinin varlıgı tespitedilmistir.Çinkonun çözeltiye alınması H2SO4 kullanılarak dogrudan asidik çözündürme seklindeyapılmıstır. Dogrudan asidik çözündürme deneylerinde; liç süresi, liç sıcaklıgı, asit derisimi,katı/sıvı oranı, karıstırma hızı, cevher tane iriliginin çinko çözünme verimine etkisi incelenmistir.En uygun çözündürme kosulları; 75 g/l asit konsantrasyonu 60 dakika çözündürme süresi,80 °C çözündürme sıcaklıgı, 1/10 katı/sıvı oranı, cevher tane iriligi % 80'i -60 mikron olarakbulunmustur. Bu kosullarda, % 88.49 Zn, % 24.58 Fe, % 8.16 Mn, % 80 Ni, % 41.58 As ve% 68.16 Al çözünme verimlerine ulasılmıstır.Liç çözeltisinden seçimli olarak çinko kazanılmasında, Cyanex-272 ve DEHPAorganiklerine liç çözeltisinde bulunan elementlerin pH'larına baglı olarak yükleme izotermleriarastırılmıstır. Denge izotermlerinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre, liç çözeltisinde bulunan demirmiktarının 1 mg/l altına (0.80 mg/l'ye) düsürülmüstür. Optimum liç kosullarında hazırlanan vedemiri uzaklastırılmıs çözeltiye akım seması getirilmis ve sonuçlar ortaya konmustur.

The aim of these research project is to obtain metal zinc from low grade zinc oxide ores NigdeÖküzgönü Tepe research using hydrometallurgical methods. According to mineralogicalanalysis the above motion ores contains zinc, aluminum, cadmium, copper, manganese andnicel.The mineralogical analysis show that the ore sample contains, zinc, aluminum,cadmium, copper, manganese, nickel together with the existence of arsenic and lead.In addition to this element are contains also native arsenic and led elements. Leachingof the zinc metals from ores is carried out true direct use of H2SO4 in the from acid leaching. Inthis direct acid leaching test we determined leaching time, leaching temperature, acidconcentration, solid/liquid ratio, stirring speed and effect of particle size on the zinc leachingperformers. The best leaching condition have been obtain in the following test parameters, acidconcentration; 75 g/l, leaching time; 60 minutes, leaching temperature; 80 °C, solid/liquid ratio;1/10, feed size ore; 80 % -60 microns using the above motioned optimum condition followinghave been obtain. Under these conditions, 88.49% Zn, 24.58% Fe, 8.16% Mn, 80% Ni, 41.58%As and Al dissolution yield reached 68.16%.In case of selective winning zinc from the leaching solution. Zinc element from leachingsolution have been Cyanex-272 and DEHPA used. In this taste relationship between pHrecoveries have been investigated. According to the result of this test the iron amount in theleaching solution is reduced under one mg/l (0.80 mg/l). Within the context of this resourceswork and flow seat has been develop for optimum condition. Were by the iron metal isprecipitated.
