Özet
Tarihsel süreç içerisinde kentsel mekân sermaye birikim süreci ve devlet müdahaleleri çerçevesinde üretilmiş, dönüştürülmüş ve yeniden üretilmiştir. Bununla beraber, kentsel mekân kapitalizmin gelişme sürecinde ekonomik, siyasal ve toplumsal çelişkilerin başlıca dolayımlarından biri hâline gelmiştir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmada, ekonomi-politiğin eleştirisi kentsel mekânın örgütlenme süreci çerçevesinde ele alınmaktadır.Bu çalışmanın ilk bölümü olan ?Kapitalist Devlet Kuramı? adlı bölümde kentsel mekânın örgütlenmesinde devletin rolünü anlayabilmek için teorik bir çerçeve oluşturmak hedeflenmiştir. Bu teorik çerçeve stratejik-ilişkisel bir yaklaşım olacaktır. İkinci bölüm, ?Kapitalist Çelişkilerin Yoğunlaştığı Alanlar Olarak Kentsel Mekânlar? başlığını taşımaktadır ve bu bölümde radikal kent kuramları stratejik-ilişkisel bir çerçeveden ele alınmıştır.ANAHTAR SÖZCÜKLER: kapitalist devlet, kentsel mekân, stratejik-ilişkisel yaklaşım, radikal kent kuramları

In the historical process the urban space have been produced, transformed and reproduced by the process of capital accumulation and the interventions of the state. In addition, the urban space becomes one of the basic mediations of economic, politic and social contradictions in the process of development of capitalism. Hence, this study considers the critique of political economy in the frame of the process of organization of urban space.In the chapter entitled ?The Theory of the Capitalist State?, which is the first chapter of this study, it is aimed to form a theoretical framework for understanding the role the state plays in the organization of urban space. It is decided that this theoretical framework is strategic-relational approach. The second chapter is entitled ?The Urban Spaces as Fields on which the Capitalist Contradictions Concentrate? and in this chapter the radical urban theory are considered in a strategic-relational framework.KEYWORDS: the capitalist state, urban space, strategic-relational approach, the radical urban theory.
