The purpose of the study is to determine the factors that influence the demand decisions of individual investors who constitute this demand and measured the strength of the influence. A literature survey was made to figure out the factors that are assumed to influence demand and these factors are classified into four categories. Primary data was collected by using a Questionnaire to determine the extent to which those factors influence the Turkish investors' demand decision. Data was processed by using regression eQuations, t-test and chi-SQuare, so that the factors which influence and explain Stock Demand in Turkey can be found.
