Özet
Araştırmanın amacı Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı?na bağlı ilk ve ortaokullarda görev yapan eğitimci olmayan hizmetli personellerin örtük program çerçevesinde öğrencilerin duyuşsal gelişimlerine olan etkisini, gözlem ve paydaş görüşlerine dayalı olarak ortaya çıkarmaktır. Veri toplamak amacıyla görüşme ve katılımcı gözlem yapılmıştır. Eğitimci olmayan hizmetli personelin örtük program çerçevesinde öğrencilerin duyuşsal gelişimine etkisi ile ilgili 14 soruluk bir soru havuzu oluşturulmuş, uzman görüşü de alınarak 14 soru 9 soruya indirilmiş ve bir görüşme formu düzenlenmiştir. Görüşme formundaki sorularla; hizmetli personelin örtük program çerçevesindeki tutum ve davranışlarını yansıtacak örnek durumlar verilerek, hizmetli personelin öğrencinin duyuşsal gelişimine nasıl etki edeceğine ilişkin paydaş görüşlerini toplamak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada örneklem uygun durum örneklemesi yoluyla oluşturulmuştur. Örneklem olarak Kahramanmaraş ili Türkoğlu ilçesindeki 3 ilköğretim okulundaki paydaşlar ulaşım, zaman ve bilgi toplama kolaylığı dikkate alınarak seçilmiştir. Paydaş görüşlerinden elde edilen veriler nitel analiz yönteminin betimsel analiz tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir. Açık uçlu sorulara verilen yanıtlar paydaşlar için ayrı ayrı analiz edilerek paydaşların eğitimci olmayan hizmetli personelin örtük program çerçevesinde öğrencilerin duyuşsal gelişimine etkisi hakkındaki görüşleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada hizmetli personelin, öğrencilerle etkileşimi ve model olma özelliğinden dolayı öğrencilerin duyuşsal gelişimi üzerinde etkili olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to discover the effects of non-academic staff who work in public schools on the affective improvement of students in terms of hidden curriculum depending on observation and the opinions of the shareholders. In order to collect data, participant observation and interviews were conducted. A collection of questions which has 14 items about the effects of non-academic staff on the affective improvement of students in terms of the hidden curriculum was prepared, seeking the opinions of experts, an interview form was arranged by decreasing the number of questions from 14 to 9. With the questions in the interview form; by giving sample situations reflecting the attitudes and behaviors of janitor staff in terms of hidden curriculum, it is aimed to collect the opinions of the shareholders on how the janitor staff will affect the affective improvement of the students. In this study sample was created by sampling the appropriate status. Shareholders in 3 primary schools in Türkoğlu district of Kahramanmaraş province are chosen as samplings in the study, concerning the convenience of transportation, time and collecting data. The data collected from the opinions of the shareholders is analysed with the descriptive statistics technique of the quantitative analysis method. The open-ended questions were analysed separately for each shareholder, then the results of the analysis were united and the opinions of the shareholders on the effects of the non-academic staff on the affective improvement of the students are determined. It emerged in the study that due to the interaction and following as models relations, the janitor staff is effective on the affective improvement of the students.
