Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı; farklı alan öğretmenlerinin derslerine teknoloji entegrasyonunu gerçekleştirebilmelerinde teknoloji liderlerinin etkisini değerlendirmektir. Teknoloji entegrasyonu sürecine yönelik ortaya konulan modellerden birisi olan Sistem Tabanlı Teknoloji Liderliği Modelinin kullanıldığı araştırmada teknoloji liderleri ile öğretmenlerin etkileşimi şeklinde geçen bir süreç çerçevesinde teknoloji liderleri tarafından sergilenen liderlik rolleri ve bu roller neticesinde öğretmenlerin teknoloji entegrasyonu göstergelerindeki değişimler incelenmiştir. Özel durum çalışması yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırma Rize ilindeki bir ilköğretim okulunda görev yapan 10 öğretmen ile birlikte yürütülmüştür. Teknoloji liderleri ve öğretmenlerden elde edilen veriler ayrı ayrı analiz edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Teknoloji liderlerinin belirlenmesinde ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi, farklı alan öğretmenlerinin belirlenmesine ise maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma süresince Sistem Tabanlı Teknoloji Liderliği Modelinin önerdiği; başlangıç, öğretmenlerin hazırlanması, öğretim programına odaklanma ve uygulama topluluğu aşamaları takip edilmiştir. Bu aşamalar teknoloji liderlerinin liderlik özelliklerinin geliştirilmesi ve öğretmenler ile teknoloji liderlerinin etkileşimleri çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Öğretmenler ile teknoloji liderlerinin etkileşimi şeklinde geçen süreçte öğretim programıyla teknolojinin bütünleştirilmesi, öğretim materyallerine erişim ve materyallerin ders sürecinde kullanılması, teknoloji okuryazarlığı bilgilerinin artırılmasına yönelik çalışmalar yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında nitel araştırma tekniklerinden gözlem, günlük ve mülakat ile araştırma kapsamında geliştirilen Teknoloji Entegrasyonu Göstergeleri ölçeğinden yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar ile öğretmenlerin teknoloji entegrasyonu çalışmalarında Sistem Tabanlı Teknoloji Liderliği Modeli içerisinde teknoloji liderliğinin önemli bir bileşen durumunda olduğu görülmüştür. Bu model çerçevesinde okul içerisinde yapılan uygulama ile öğretmenlerin istekli olmaları durumunda entegrasyon göstergelerinin geliştirilebileceği görülmüştür.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of mentors through the integration of technology into their classes. In the research, System-Based Mentoring Model, which is one of the main streams intended to the technology integration process, is used to survey as a part of the process that came true as the interaction of the mentors and the teachers showed us the leadership roles and as a result of these roles teachers' technology integration indicators was examined. The research was conducted with 10 teachers who work for a primary school in Rize by using the case study methodology. Data gathered from mentors and teachers were analyzed solely. Criterion sampling is used for selecting mentors and for the different field teachers the maximum variation sampling technique is used. During the research the initial setup which is suggested by System-Based Mentoring Model; teacher preparation, focusing on curricular reform and community of practice phases are followed. Those phases are examined as part of the development of mentors' leadership qualifications and as part of the interaction process of teachers and mentors. The research conducted was intended to integrate curriculum with technology, access to instructional materials and use of materials during the lesson, increase of technology literacy. The qualitative research techniques, technology integration indicator measurement scale which was developed within diary and research with interview to collect the research data. It was seen that technology leadership is an important component in the process of technology integration study of teacher within the System Based Mentoring Model. It was seen that as part of this model, if the teachers dispose for execution in school, integration indicators can be developed.
