One of the purpose of this thesis is to develop and study classical tools of algebraic topology in the diffeological context. These tools are particularly the generalized homology and cohomology theories. Another purpose is to show that diffeological spaces offer a natural setting to study the singular spaces. In this thesis, we focus on Thom Mather pseudomanifolds. In the first chapter, which consists mainly of reminders ; we summarize and develop some bases diffeological spaces. We define a new notion of“ CW- diffeology ”linked to the notion of CW-complexes. In the second chapter, we set up the definitions of generalized (co)homology theories in the category of diffeological spaces. We also develop the singular homology , cellular homology and de Rham cohomology in framework of diffeology. We study the Thom- Mather pseudomanifolds in diffeology. In the third chapter, we give two approaches to define tangent space of pointed diffeological spaces. We study the tangent space of Thom-Mather pseudomanifold equipped with different diffeologies.
