Özet

قمتُ في هذ البحث بدراسة وتحقيق كتاب“حصن الآيات العظام في تفسير أوائل سورة الأنعام للإمام العطوفي خير الدين خضر بن محمود المتوفى سنة 948ه والذي لا يكاد علم من العلوم الإسلامية إلا وله مؤلف فيه، وقد عاش في القرنين (15/16م) بين الخامس عشر والسادس عشر، في عهد السلطان بايزيد خان الثاني، وكان العطوفي رحمه الله تعالى يقوم بوظيفة (معلم القصر الملكي)، وذلك اعتماداً على علمه، وسعة أفقه، ورَجاحة فكره وعقله...مع أنا نعلم أن أكثر مؤلفات هذا الإمام لم تر النور حتى الآن! هذا، وقد اشتملت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة وثلاثة أقسام. أما المقدمة فقد تناولت فيها ”هدف الدراسة وأهميتها العلمية، ومنهج الدراسة ومصادرها، وهيكل البحث والإجراءات التي اتّبعها الباحث لجمع المادة العلمية وتصنيفها وتبويبها. القسم الأول: تحدث الباحث فيه عن اسم المؤلف ونسبه وحياته ومؤلفاته وشخصيته العلمية ورسائله. القسم الثاني: تحدث الباحث فيه عن أهمية علم التفسير، وإسم الكتاب ونسبته إلى المؤلف والمحتوى الذي شكّل موضوع البحث الأساسي للدراسة، وطريقة العطوفي في تفسيره. القسم الثالث: تحدث الباحث فيه عن النُّسخ الخطية التي اعتمد عليها، ومراحل تحقيق الكتاب ومنهجه، والأسباب التي دفعني إلي هذا البحث. وقد تـمَّ بعون الله سبحانه إنجاز التحقيق، وذلك وَفقاً للمنهج العلمي للبحث، والكمال لله تعالى، والقصور من صفات البشر ...

Özet (Çeviri)

Religious texts are neither irrelevant from life, the universe and social facts and nor random words. Especially the Quran, in this respect, covers all areas of life, and make references to all facts about the human being and establish principles about it. Yet the aim of the universal message of the Quran is to be understood by humankind, to be lived by it and be illuminated by it. In that case all text that aim to illuminate humankind starting with the Quran have to be in relation with social life and to direct it. Thus each and every verse of Quran is about the probable or real problems of the everyday and social life and dealing with it. Such that when we take a general look at the Quran we can see Abıulds that moral, legal, political and religious principles are built. Eventually the self-explaining concept of the Quran is forcing everyone to interact it to social life. It is obvious that interpreters, the one and only addressee of this call, are influenced by their social life and era. Therefore this work that focuses on the relation between social life and exegesis consists of an introduction and two chapters: In the first chapter we will investigate the influence of politics, art, legal and moral principles on the interpretations by referring to Ibn-i Haldun's words“social life is necessary for humankind”in his book Muqaddima. In addition Qurtubī and his work is investigated on the same topic by making references to previous and later scholars and their works. In the second chapter we try to show the relation between social life and exegesis by focusing on the work of a classical era scholar. This thesis was concluded with the help of Allah, (s.w.t) who is unfettered from all deficiencies.“El-Kemal”(excellence) is un adjective unigveto Allah, while delinquency is of the mankind.
