Özet
Sanayi ekonomisinden bilgi ekonomisine dönüşüm süreci içerisinde üretim yapısından sosyal hayata, uluslar arası ilişkilerden şirketlerin yönetim ve organizasyon yapılarına kadar pek çok farklı alanda köklü değişimler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Benzer olarak günümüzde önem kazanan sermaye kavramı da somut sermayeden soyut sermayeye doğru değişim göstermektedir. Maddi sermayenin yerini giderek özünde bilgi olan entellektüel sermaye almaktadır. İşletmeler entellektüel sermayelerini verimli, etken ve ekonomik kullandıkları ölçüde geleceğe yönelik değer yaratarak performanslarını arttırabileceklerdir. Entellektüel sermayenin insan sermayesi, ilişkisel sermaye ve yapısal sermaye olmak üzere üç ana unsurdan meydana geldiği kabul edilmiştir. Entellektüel sermayenin ana unsurlarının her biri işletme performansını değerlendirmede temel klasik ölçütler olan verimlilik, etkenlik ve ekonomiklik bağlamında ele alınarak değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Bu değerlendirme esnasında, ilgili tanımlar, alt yapı faktörleri, gerekli faaliyetler ve elde edilen sonuçlar ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde, Türkiye'deki vakıf üniversitelerinde entellektüel sermayenin verimlilik, etkenlik ve ekonomiklik bağlamında değerlendirilmesine yönelik bir Delphi araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırma neticesinde elde edilen veriler istatistiksel analize tabii tutularak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, Türkiye'deki vakıf üniversitelerinde entellektüel sermayenin ne ölçüde verimli, etken ve ekonomik kullanıldığı ile verimlilik, etkenlik ve ekonomiklik arasındaki ilişkilerin yoğunluğu ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca, araştırmanın demografik değişkenleriyle bağlantılı istatistiksel testlere yer verilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, Türkiye'deki vakıf üniversitelerinin konu ile ilgili mevcut durumu ortaya konmakla birlikte onbeş yıl sonrasına yönelik çeşitli öngörülerde bulunulmuştur.

In the transformation process from the industrial economy into the information economy, fundamental changes in many different fields from production structure to social life, from the international relationships to the management and organizational structures of companies has come into view. Similarly, nowadays the concept of capital which has gained importance has been changed from tangible to intangible capital. The place of tangible capital is gradually replaced by the intellectual capital which is abstract and which has the information in its essence. Companies will be able to increase their performance by creating value aiming at the future at the extend that they use their intellectual capital efficiently, effectively and economically. It has been accepted that intellectual capital formed by three elements such as human capital, relational capital and structural capital. Each element of the intellectual capital has been examined in terms of evaluation of the company's performance according to basic classical criteria such as efficiency, effectiveness and economically. During this evaluation stage, it has been tried to bring about the related definitions, infrastructural factors, required activities and obtained results. In the application section of this study, a Delphi research has been implemented aiming at the evaluation of the intellectual capital in the context of the efficiency, effectiveness and economy in the Charitable Association Universities of Turkey. Obtained outcomes, in the result of his research have been evaluated by subjecting them to statistical analysis. According to results of this research, it has been tried to state the intellectual capital has been used to the the extend of the effectiveness and economy used in the Charitable Association Universities of Turkey, and it has also been tried to the extend of all those intensity of the relationship among the aforementioned activities. In addition to this, the statistical tests have given place in with the demographical variables of the research. In the direction of the obtained findings, together with stating the present situation of the Charitable Association Universities in Turkey, at the same time, it has made various predictions oriented to 15 years period for the future planning
