Özet
SUMMARY The growth regulator substances as Maxicrop and Crop Plus which are maden with natural metods were examined on two part at this study. On first part for increasing the yield and quality at mature vineyards and on second part for increasing the produce of the strike root and quality at the production of rooted-cutting. The first part was carried on Round Seedless grafted to Berlandieri x Rupestris 110R. Which is grown loamy and collovial soil of Manisa Viticulture Research Institute. The vines were traind“T”trellis and spaced 3.0 x 2.5 m. 3 Dose (1000, 2000, 4*000 ppm) of Maxicrop and Crop Plus were applicated at the vegetation period of vine. When the effects of treatments to the yield, growth, mature and quality values were investigated, it was determined that 2000 ppm dose of Maxicrop increased the yield and the number of cluster but decreased the largeness of berry. The other treatments didn't make a important differences according to the control. The cuttings (35-40 cm) of 1613 (Solonis x Othello) which is rooted easy and Ramsey which is rooted difficult were used on second part of this study and they were grown in potted on the green house conditions. Maxicrop, Crop Plus and IBA (Indol 3 Butyric Acid) were applied at different period (to cuttings before planting and spraying to leaves) along two years, at the end of the rooted cutings growth with roots and shoots characteristics were examined and the effect of treatments was researched. Before planting. Crop Plus (20.000 ppm) with IBA (26 ppm) were created the best produced rooted cuttings than control on Ramsey. Maxicrop (20.000 ppm) which was applied to cutting was created the worse result than control on two rootstocks. At the result; the root and shoot growth values were appreciated and the effect of treatments to this criterions were discovered. - 77larak uygulamaların bu kriterlere olan etkileri ortaya konmuştur. - 76 -
