Özet
VII ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı, Trakya Bölgesinde tavukçuluk sektörünün ne durumda olduğunu saptamak ve üretici üniversite işbirliği ile var olan sorunların üzerine gitmektir. Trakya Bölgesinde, tavukçuluk daha çok Tekirdağ ve yöresinde yaygındır. Bölgenin diğer illerinde ise var olan işletmelerin büyük bir çoğunluğu kapatılmıştır. Edime yöresinde toplam on işletmeye gidilmiş: ancak bunların hiçbirisinin faaliyette olmadığı gözlenmiştir. Kırklareli yöresinde ise 1984'den beri işletme düzeyinde ta\-ukçuluk yapılmadığı saptanmıştır. Tekirdağ'da ise faaliyette olan yedi işletme ile anket yapılmıştır. Bunların haricinde bir tane Keşan'da, bir tane de Muratlı'da işletme tesbit edilmiş, ancak bu işletmelerin anketleri yanıtlamamak istemesinden dolayı bilgi alınamamıştır. Bölgedeki işletmelere bizzat gidilerek anket uygulanmıştır. Anket toplam 46 sorudan oluşmuştur. Sorular üç ana başlık altında toplanmıştır. Bunlar sırası ile; a) Genel durum (dokuz soru) b) İşletme yapısı (onbir soru) c) Yumurta tavuklarının besleme ve yemlemesi (yirmialtı soru) Anket yaptığımız yedi işletmede toplam ta\oık sayısı 136.300 adettir, %28.5'i perdeli ve pencereli kümes, %28.5'i sadece pencereli kümes, %14.5'i ise hem pencereli hemde tamamen kapalı kümes kullanmaktadır. İşletmelerin %42.85'i kaliforniya ve apartman kafes sistemi kullanmaktadır, %14.28'i kompakt ve apartman, %14.28'i sadece apartman, %14.28'i ise sadece kaliforniya kafes sistemini kullanmaktadır. İşletmelerin %42.85'i havlandırma sistemi olarak doğal ve mekanik ha\alandırma sistemini beraber kullnmaktadır. %57.15'i ise sadece doğal havalandırma sistemini kullanmaktadır. İşletmelerin %57,15'i yemi kendi olanaklarıyla yapmakta, %42.85'i ise fabrikadan temin etmektedir. Yazın özel yemleme uygulayan işletmelerin oram %42,85. uygulamayanlar ise %57.15'dir. İşletmelerin %42.85'i zincirli otomatik yemlik, %42,85'i arabalı otomatik yemlik, %14.3'ü ise oluklu düz yemlik kullanmaktadır. İşletmelerde yem saçım düzeyi %1,8 bulunmuştur.

vm SUMMARY The aim of this investigation is; to define the position of poultry sector in Trakya region and try to solve the problems by the co-operation of producers and university. In Trakya region, poultry is usually common near of Tekirdağ and itself. The farms which's are located at the other cities of the region, are closed. We have went totaly ten farms in Edime and we saw that none of them are in a activity. Since 1984 we have olso observed that poultry doesnt make as a farm level. We made on anket with seven farms which are industrious in Tekirdağ. Execpt these we defined also one in Keşan and one in Muratlı, but we havent got knowledge because their responsibles did'nt want to make an anket. We have went to the farms by oursclf in the region and make an ankct. This anket is become from 46 questions. The questions arc state in three main topics. a) General position (9 questions) b) Including'of the farm (11 questions) c) The feeding and nutrition of egg chickens (26 questions) The total number of hens in the farms which we have made an anket are 136.300. %28,5 with curtain or poultry house with window. %28,5 only window poultry house. %28,5 poultry house with curtain. %14,5 used not only with window and also, all closed poultry house. The 42.85 percent of the farms are using California and olso appartment cage system. The 14,28 percent of the farms are using compact and appartment. 14.28 percent only appartment, 14,28 percent use only California cage systems. The 42,85 percent of the farms are using an a climate system natural and mechanical climate together. The 57,15 percent of the farms are using only the natural climation system. The 57,15 percent of the farms are making the feed with their own possibilities, 42,35 percent of them unsure from the factors'. The results of using a special feeding in summer are the 57,15 percent of the farms are not using four special feeding. 42,85 percent of the farms are point out that they are using our special feeding. 42,85 percent of the farms chain feeder, 42,85 percent auto automatic feeder, 14,3 percent chaneled straight feeder. We defined the level of losing feed are using %1,8 in the farms.
