Özet
Bu çalışmada İslam iktisadi sisteminin, iktisadi sorunların çözümünde bir alternatif yaklaşım olup olmayacağı konusu irdelenmektedir. Bunu gerçekleştirirken geleneksel sistemlerin (Kapitalist ve Sosyalist Sistemlerin) başarısızlık nedenleri üzerinde durularak, İslam iktisadi siteminin bu açığı nasıl kapatabileceği konusu ele alınmaktadır. Bu çerçevede öncelikle temel iktisadi sorunların üzerinde durulmakta, ardından Kapitalist ve Sosyalist iktisadi sistemlerin tanımları, yapıları, kurumları ve işleyişi ele alınmaktadır. Daha sonra İslam iktisadi sisteminin kaynakları, yapısı, özellikleri üzerinde durulmaktadır. İslam ekonomisi doğal kaynakları, emeği-sermayeyi etkin bir şekilde kullanıp insanların refah seviyesinin yükselmesini, aynı zamanda Allah'a karşı sorumluluklarından ötürü bireylerin kendilerine ve topluma faydalı olmaları gerektiğini her fırsatta vurgulamaktadır. İslam İktisadının hem dünyevi hem de uhrevi refahı göz önünde bulunduran bir yaklaşım olmasının, refah arayışına farklı bir boyut kazandırmakta olduğu görülmektedir.

This study examines whether the islamic economy system can be an alternative approach to solving the economy problems and while doing so the reasons of the failure of the traditional (capitalist and socialism) systems were studied and the way the Islamic economy system could fill the gaps was taken under debate. First of all the main economy issues were studied then the differences between the definition, structure, institution and business of the capitalist and those of the socialism systems were taken into consideration after that the sources, structure and properties of the islamic system were studied. The Islamic economy effectively uses the natural resources and the labor capital in order to improve the state of prosperity and at the same time it emphasizes on the importance of people being responsible to God as well as being useful to themselves and to the community. Due to the fact that the Islamic economy is an approach that takes into consideration the prosperity of the current world and the hereafter, it gave a new perspective to the search for prosperity.
