Özet

53 ÖZET Bu çalışma Behçet hastalığının, aktif dönemde kan parametreleri, hemoreolojik parametreler ve eser elementler üzerine olan etkilerinin incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma, Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Behçet polikliniğinde aktif Behçet tanısı konmuş 50 kişiden oluşan hasta grubu ve kontrol grubu olarak 30 sağlıklı kişi ile 30 romatoid artrit hastasından oluşan üç grupta yapıldı. Araştırmanın sonunda elde edilen bilgilere göre gerek Behçet hastalıklı gerekse romatoid artritli grupta lökosit ve trombosit sayılarında, eritrosit sedimantasyon hızında ve hemoreolojik parametrelerden plasma viskozitesinde ve eser elementlerden çinko ve bakır düzeylerinde sağlıklı kontrol grubunun değerlerine göre anlamlı değişiklikler gözlendi. 54 SUMMARY Attemps were made in this study to analyze the efFects of Behçet's disease on blood parameters, hemorheologic parameters and trace elements in the active stage. The study was carried on a patient group comparising of 50 subjects who were diagnosed to have Behçet's disease and on a control group comparising of 30 healty subjects and 30 rheumatoid arthritic patients at Behçet's outpatient clinic at the Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty. According to the data obtained at the end of the study, signifıcant alterations were observed in both the group with Behçet's disease and in the group with rheumatoid arthritis in their leucocyte and platelet counts, in their erythrocyte sedimentation rate, in the plasma viscosity of the hemorheologic parameters, and in the zinc and copper levels of trace elements compared to the values of the healty control group.
