Özet
Bu araştırma Tanbûrî Cemîl Bey'in saz eserlerini teknik açıdan analiz ederek yorumlanmasını ve yöntemlerinin irdelenmesini, bu sayede Türk saz müziğine katkı sağlanmasını amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma genel çerçevesi, amacı ve yöntemi bakımından tarama modelini esas alan betimsel bir araştırmadır. Konuyla ilgili çeşitli kaynakların taranmasıyla ön bilgilere ulaşılmış, veri toplama aracı olarak örneklemde yer alan Tanbûrî Cemîl Bey'in repertuvarda bulunan saz eserleri kullanılmıştır. Türk müziğinin en önemli bestekârı ve saz icracısı olarak bilinen Tanbûrî Cemîl Bey, Türk müziği repertuarında az yer tutan saz eseri formunda birçok eser bestelemiştir. Bestelediği eserlerle saz eseri formuna yeni bir teknik ve üslup kazandırmıştır. Bu çalışma, Tanbûrî Cemîl Bey'in saz eserlerindeki teknik özellikleri belirleyip, saz eseri formunu nasıl işlediğini tespit etmek açısından önemlidir.

The aims of this study are to interpret by analyzing instrumental compositions of Tanbûrî Cemîl Bey technically and examine the methods and also to make a contribution to Turkish intrumental music by this means. This study is a descriptive research based on the scanning model in terms of its general framework, purpose and method. Preliminary information was obtained by scanning various sources related to the subject, and repertuard instrumental works of Tanbûrî Cemîl Bey which were included in the sample were used as data collection tool. Tanbûrî Cemîl Bey, known as the most important composer and instrumentalist of Turkish music, has composed many works in the form of instrumental works which take up little space in Turkish music repertoire. He has contributed a new technique and style to the instrumental form with works he has composed. This study is important in terms of determining the technical characteristics of Tanbûrî Cemîl Bey 's instrumental works and determining how he processed his instrumental form
