Özet
Bu araştırmada ülkemizde FATİH Projesi uygulanan liselerde görev yapan öğretmenlerin teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgisi (TPAB) ve Eğitim Bilişim Ağı'nı (EBA) kullanmalarına yönelik özyeterlik algılarının düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında Hatay ili Antakya ilçesinde liselerde görev yapan farklı branşlardan 228 öğretmen ile yürütülmüştür. Genel tarama modelinin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada verileri toplamak için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiş olan teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgisi özyeterlik algısı ölçeği ve öğretmenlerin Eğitim Bilişim Ağı'nı kullanmalarına yönelik özyeterlik algısı ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) ve Mplus programlarında betimsel istatistikler, bağımsız t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve korelasyon analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre özellikle teknoloji bilgisi özyeterlik algısı cinsiyete, yaşa, mesleki deneyime, branşa, kişisel bilgisayara sahiplik durumuna, sınıfta akıllı tahtayı kullanma süresine, evden internete erişim durumuna, bilgisayarı kullanma seviyesine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmaktadır. Yaşa, mesleki deneyime, okul dışında bilgisayarı kullanma süresine, sınıfta akıllı tahtayı kullanma süresine, evden internete erişim durumuna ve bilgisayarı kullanma seviyesine göre de teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgisi özyeterlik algısı istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmaktadır. Alan bilgisi ve pedagojik alan bilgisi özyeterlik algısı ise okul türlerine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde farklılık göstermektedir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre lise öğretmenlerinin EBA'yı kullanma özyeterlik algıları yaşa, mesleki deneyime, medeni duruma, branşa, kişisel bilgisayara sahiplik durumuna, okul dışında bilgisayarı kullanma süresine, sınıfta akıllı tahtayı kullanma süresine, evden internete erişim durumuna, bilgisayarı kullanma seviyesine, hizmet içi eğitime yönelik düşüncelerine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde farklılık göstermemektedir. Ayrıca EBA kullanımına yönelik hizmet içi eğitim alan öğretmenlerden %48'i eğitimin faydalı olduğunu düşünürken %10,5 'i faydalı olduğunu düşünmemekte, %41,5'i ise faydalı fakat yeterli olmadığını düşünmektedir. Lise öğretmenlerinin TPAB özyeterlik algıları ile EBA'yı kullanma özyeterlik algıları arasında düşük düzeyde bir ilişki olup bu ilişki istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde bulunmamıştır.

In this study, perception levels of the self efficacy toward technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) and perception levels of the self efficacy toward the usage of Education Informatics Network (EBA) of the teachers who work at high schools, in which Fatih Project is carried out in our country, were investigated. This study was carried out with 228 teachers from different departments, who worked high scholls in Hatay/ Antakya during the 2016-2017 education year. In this study made by using the Screening Model, in order the collect data, two qestionnaires which were developed by the investigator were used. These are questionnaire on perception levels of self efficacy toward TPACK all questionnaire on perception levels of self efficacy of the teachers toward their usage of Education Informatics Network. The collected data was analysed on SPSS and Mplus statistical programmes using descriptive statisties , independent t-test and one-factor variance analysis ANOVA and correlation analysis. According to the results of the findings, perception levels of the self efficacy toward technological knowledge varies meaningfully in terms of statistics according to gender, age, accupational, experience, department, ownership of a personel computer, the duration of using the smartboard in the classroom, accessto the internet at have and the level of proficiency in the use computer. Perception levels of the self efficacy toward technological pedagogical content knowledge also varies meaningfully in terms of statistics according to age occupational experience duration of using the computer outside the school duration of using the smartboard in the classroom accessto the internet at home and the level of proficiency in the use of computer knowledge of the content and knowledge of the content of pedagagy vary meaningfully in term of statistics according to the type of the school. According to the findings, perception levels of the efficacy of the high school teachers toward using Education Informatics Network (EBA) varies meaningfully in terms of statistics according to age, occupational, experience, marital status, department, ownership of a personel computer, the duration of using the computer outside the school, the duration of using the smartboard in the classroom Access to the internet at home the level of proficiency in the use of computer and the opinions about inservice training about Education Informatics Network (EBA) think that it was useful %10,5 of them think that it wasn't and %41,5 of them think that it was useful but not adequate. According to the findings, there is a low-level correlation between perception levels of the self efficacy toward TPACK and perception levels of the self efficacy of the teachers toward their usage of Education Informatics Network (EBA) and this correlation isn't meaningful.
