Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, lisede öğrenim gören genç güreşçilerde akut kilo kaybının oluşturduğu fiziksel ve fizyolojik değerlerin karşılaştırılmasıdır. Araştırma 13 kişi deney grubu ve 12 kişi kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplamda 25 kişi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma grubuna ilk testler uygulandıktan sonra deney grubuna kilo düşme yöntemleri ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Fakat yöntemin seçimi sporcunun kendisine bırakılarak beş günlük bir sürede vücut ağırlığının yaklaşık % 4'ünü akut olarak kaybetmesi sağlanmıştır. Kontrol grubuna her hangi bir uygulamada bulunulmamıştır. Kontrol ve deney grubuna uygulanan ölçümler aynı şekilde ilk ölçümlerden beş gün sonra tekrar edilmiştir. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde SPSS (Versiyon 23) paket programında Non-Parametrik Bağımlı Eş Örneklem Wilcoxon Testi kullanılmıştır. Bütün istatistiksel yöntemler için yanılma düzeyi 0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. p0,05). Sonuç olarak; bu çalışmada güreşçiler akut ağırlık kaybı yaşadığında performanslarının genel olarak olumsuz yönde etkilendiği ortaya çıkmıştır.

The aim of this study was to compare the physical and physiological values of acute weight loss in young wrestlers who are studying in high school. The research was carried out with a total of 25 people including 13 experimental groups and 12 control groups. After the first tests were applied to the research group, some suggestions were made about weight loss methods for the experimental group. However, the choice of the method was left to the athlete himself and acutely lost about % 4 of his body weight over a period of five days. No control was applied to the control group. Measurements applied to the control and experiment group were also repeated five days after the first measurements. In the statistical analysis of the data, Non-Parametric Dependent Coexistence Sample Wilcoxon Test was used in the SPSS (Version 23) package program. The error level for all statistical methods was accepted as 0.05. Values below p 0,05). As a result; in this study, it was found that when wrestlers experienced acute weight loss, their performance was generally negatively affected.
