Özet
Türkiye'de üniversite öğrenci gençliğinin özellikle 1948-1971 yılları arasındaki tarihsel sürecine bakıldığında, gençlik örgütlerinin bir dönem düzenin koruyucusu bir dönem de düzenin karşıtı olarak bazı hareketlerde bulunduğu görülür. Her iki şekilde de o dönemin Türkiye'sinde üniversite gençliği toplumsal yapıya ve bu yapının işleyiş süreçlerine etkide bulunmuş, hem düşünce hem eylem alanında toplumsal değişimin kaynaklarından biri olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, belirtilen dönemin gençlik örgütlerinden Türkiye Milli Talebe Federasyonu (TMTF) incelenmiş, örgütün kuruluşundan kapanışına kadar geçen süreç örgütsel yapısı, tüzüğü ve işleyişi geçirdiği dönüşümler ile ele alınmış, yakın tarihin öğrenci hareketlerinin ideolojik biçimlenmesi ile ilgili değerlendirmeler sunulmuştur. İki Bölümden oluşan çalışmanın giriş bölümünde Türkiye'de 1948-1970 yılları arasındaki siyasal durum kısaca anlatılmış, birinci bölümde örgütlenme ve Türkiye'de gençlik hareketlerinin tarihine kısaca yer verilmiş, ikinci bölümde ise kuruluşundan kapanışına kadar Türkiye Milli Talebe Federasyonu'nun hem düşünceye hem eyleme dayalı faaliyetleri bir tarihsel sıra içinde yer almıştır.

Looking back at the historical process in Turkey between 1948 and 1971, especially university students, youth, youth organizations the protective order of an era as opposed to a period where the scheme is seen in some action. Either way, at that time university students in Turkey's social structure and the functioning of these structures have had an impact on the process and the thinking has been one of the sources of social change and action areas. In this study, Turkey's National Students' Federation(TMTF) of the youth organizations of the period specified have been examined, the process of organizational structure until the close of the founding of the organization, regulation and functioning spends dealt with conversions, considerations related to the ideological shaping of the recent history of the student movement was presented. The preamble of the study consists of two chapters in Turkey have briefly described the political situation between 1948-1970 years, provides a brief history of the first section of organizations and youth movements in Turkey, until the close of the second section institutions Turkey National Students' Federation based on the actions and thoughts and activities have taken place in a historical sequence.
