Özet
En önemli gelişmelerden biri de finansal sektörün büyümesi. Değişen talepler içerisinde bu sektördeki ürünler; hızlı büyüyen oyuncular bankalar, sigortacılar, yatırım şirketleri kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Bilgi teknolojisinin değişen dünyası ve ekolojik sistemin değişmesi karşılıklı olarak birbirini etkiler hale geldi. Bu çalışmanın amacı; geleneksel sigorta ürünlerinin değişen ve gelişen ihtiyaçları karşılayamayacağı bir dönem yaşanması ile ilgili değişikliklerin araştırılmasını kapsamaktadır. Değişen ihtiyaçların ürün geliştirme ve müşteri ihtiyaçları açısından gerçekleştiği sigorta pazarındaki yeniliği analiz etmeye çalışacağım.

One of the most significant developments of the days is the growth of the financial sector. Within the changing demands, products on this sector; the fast growing players are such as banks, insurers, clearing house, depository and investment firms are come to play a critical role. The changing world of the information technology and the corruption of ecological system has become mutually reinforcing. The aim of this study is to investigate; the experiencing a period in which the traditional insurance products cannot meet the changing and developing needs. I will try to extend it to analyse the innovation in insurance market where the changing needs take place in terms of product development and customer needs.
