Özet
IV ÖZET Bu çalışmada, yüksek çözünürlü NMR çalışmaları yapabilmek için geliştirilmiş olan deneysel tekniklerin, Varian HA-100D yüksek çözünürlü NMR spektrometresinde ne şekilde uygulandığı incelenmiş, bu deneysel tekniklerin gerçekleştirilebilmesine olanak sağlayan elektronik yapı incelenmiş, spektrometrenin yapısı ve baza birimlerinin devre açıklamaları anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan kimyasal kayma ölçümüyle spektrometrenin performansı test edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT In this study, it is examined that the experimental methods are developed to make high resolution NMR studies which are applied on Varian HA-100D high resolution spectrometer system. It is also examined that the electronical structure certifies an opportunity for the experimental methods. It has exerted to express the structure of the spectrometer and also some of the units circuit description. The spectrometer performance is tested by the chemical shift measurement.
