Özet
Ahmet b. Muhammed el-Kudûrî (ö.428/1037), Hanefî Mezhebinde iz bırakmış önemli fakihlerinden biridir. Hanefilerce temel muhtasar metinlerden sayılan ve el-Kitap olarak bilinen Kudûrî Muhtasarı, üzerinde birçok şerhler yazılmış, eğitim ve öğretimde gündemde kalarak günümüze kadar ulaşmıştır. Muhammed b. Hüseyin b. Muhammed Hâherzâde el-Buhârî (ö. 483/1090) de Kudûrî üzerine değerli çalışmalar yapmış bir Hanefi fakihidir. Hâherzâde'nin Kudûrî muhtasarı üzerine yazdığı eserlerden biri de“Müşkilâtü'l-Kudûrî”adlı mahtut eserdir. Hâherzâde bu çalışmasında Kudûrî metninde gördüğü problemli ve anlaşılması zor olan ifadeleri ve kelimeleri çözmeye çalışmış ve metinde geçen kavramların sözlük ve ıstılah manalarını zikrederek tarif etmiş ve şer'î delilleri serdederek konuyla ilgili farklı görüşlere eserinde yer vermek suretiyle bu kitabı meydana getirmiştir. Biz bu çalmamızda tespit ettiğimiz yazma nüshalardan yararlanarak Müşkilâtü'l-Kudûrî'nin Taharet, Namaz, Zekât, Oruç ve Hac bölümlerini yazma nüshaları esas alarak karşılaştırmak suretiyle tahkik ederek doğru metnini ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştık. Bu çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci Bölümde: Ahmet el-Kudûrî ve Hâherzâde el-Buhari'nin hayatları ve ilmi kişilikleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci Bölümde: Kitabın genel tanıtımı yapılmıştır. Burada, önce kitabın ismi ve müellife aidiyeti, kitabın özellikleri ve müellifin takip ettiği yöntemini anlattık. Tespit edebildiğimiz ve tahkike esas aldığımız nüshalardan dört tanesi ve çalışmamızda kullandığımız yöntem hakkında bilgi vererek varak sayısına göre konu fihristini yaptık. Üçüncü Bölümde: Tahkikte esas aldığımız nüshaları karşılaştırmak suretiyle ortaya çıkardığımız tahkikli metin yer almaktadır.

Ahmad b. Muhammad al-Quduri (d.428 / 1037) is one of the important Islamic jurists who left his mark in the Hanafi School. Many annotations on The Mukhtasar al-Quduri, which is considered as the main concise texts by Hanafis and known as al-Kitap, has been written and has survived to the present day. The Mukhtasar Al-Quduri Muhammad b. Husayn b. Muhammad Haherzade al-Bukhari (d. 483/1090) is a Hanafi faqih who made valuable studies on Quduri. One of the works written by Haherzade is a book called Mushkilat al-Quduri on the Mukhtasar al-Quduri. In this work, Haherzade tried to solve the problematic and difficult expressions and words he saw in the Quduri's text, and he explained the terms mentioned in the text and presented fiqh evidences and different views on the subject. In this study, we tried to bring out the correct text by comparing the Taharat, Prayer, Zakat, Fasting and Hajj sections of Mushkilat al-Quduri, based on manuscripts we have found in libraries. This study consists of three parts. In the first part, we represented the life and scientific personality of Ahmet al-Quduri and Haherzade al-Bukhari. In the second part, the book was generally introduced. First of all, we explained the title of the book and its ownership, the characteristics of the book and the method followed by the author. We provided information about the four copies that we have found and the method we used in our study and made the subject index according to the number of pages. In the third part, the correct text which we have brought out by comparing the copies that we have found was presented.
