Özet
Cumhuriyetin kurulması ile hız kazanan türkü derleme çalışmalarının başlangıcından günümüze kadar gelen süreçte derlenen türkülerin notaları ile ilgili birçok konu tartışılagelmiş ancak türkülerin, Türk müziği usûllerinin özellikleri dikkate alınarak notaya alınması konusu yeterince irdelenmemiştir. Türk müziğinin notaya alınmasında, kadim geleneğe sahip müziğimizin özelliklerinin dikkate alınmaması, Türk müziğinin önemli unsurlarından biri olan usûl olgusunun zamanla, ölçü kavramı ile özdeşleştirilmesine neden olmuştur. Bu uygulama sonucunda, türkülerin usûl yapıları ile ilgili sadece artılarla birleştirilmiş rakamlardan oluşan kalıplar tanımlanmaya çalışılmış ve türkü notaları bu yöntem esas alınarak yazılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu durum, türkülerin eğitim ve icralarında tutarsızlıklara neden olmuştur. Yazılan türkü notalarında karşılaşılan nota-icra-usûl tutarsızlığının günümüzde hâlâ devam ediyor olması nedeni ile bu çalışmanın yapılması gereklilik olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma, türkülerin Türk müziği usûlleri dikkate alınarak notaya alınmasının sağlanması, türkü notaları ile ilgili nota-icra-usûl tutarsızlıklarının giderilmesi, Türk müziği usûl eğitiminin, türkülerin öğretiminde de işler hale getirilmesi ve yöre müziği icra özelliklerinin Türk müziği usûlleri ile ifade edilebilmesinin sağlanması amacıyla ortaya konulmuştur. Bahsedilen tutarsızlıkların giderilmesinin, Türk müziği eğitimi ve icrası ile ilgili ehemmiyetli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, türkü derleme sürecinden kısaca bahsedilmiş, TRT repertuvarındaki türkülerin notaları, ulaşılan kaynak kişi ve/veya yöre sanatçılarına ait ses kayıtları ile Türk müziği ve/veya yöre müziği usûl özellikleri de göz önünde bulundurularak karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiş, Aksak Semâî ve Curcuna usûllerine göre tespit ve tasnif edilmeye çalışılmıştır. TRT repertuvarındaki beş bin yüz on üç türkünün incelenmesi sonucu, Aksak Semâî (beş adet) ve Curcuna (üç yüz seksen üç adet) usûlünde olduğu tespit edilen türküler, Finale nota yazım programı ile bu usûllerin gereklerince düzümlenerek tashih edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada problem cümlesi,“TRT THM repertuvarındaki On zamanlı Türkülerin Aksak Semâî ve Curcuna Usûllerine Göre Tespiti ve Nota Alınması Nasıl Olmalıdır”olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu çalışmada on zamanlı yazıldığı halde Aksak Semâî veya Curcuna usûlünde olmadığı tespit edilen bir usûl de tespit edilmiş ve Türk müzik literatürüne kazandırılmak üzere bu usûle bir kalıp ve bir isim de önerilmiştir. Ayrıca önerilen bu usûl ile icra edilen türküler de tespit edilmiş, (yirmi dokuz adet) tespit edilen bu türkülerin notaları, bu usûle göre tashih edilerek çalışma ekinde sunulmuştur. Bu çalışma ile sunulan türkü notalarının repertuvarlara kazandırılması ve kullanılmasının sağlanması önerilmektedir.

The issue about the notes of the folk songs compiled in the process from the beginning of the compilation of folk songs which gained speed with the construction of the Republic to the present day has been discussed however the issue of taking notes folk songs into consideration by taking into account the characteristics of Turkish music usûls was insufficiently studied. Ignoring the characteristics of ancient tradition of our music in the notation of Turkish music has led to the identification of the concept of usûl, which is one of the important elements of Turkish music with the concept of measure over time. As a result of this application, it was tried to define the patterns consisting of figures combined with the plus only about the usûl of folk songs and tried to write folk notes based on this method. This situation caused inconsistencies in the education and performance of folk songs. Since the inconsistency of the notation-performance-usûl encountered in the folk songs written is still continuing today, this study was considered as a necessity. This study aims to ensure the recording of folk songs by taking into consideration the Turkish music usûls, to eliminate the inconsistency of the notation-performance-usûl regarding folk notes, to make the Turkish music usûl education work in the teaching of the folk songs and to ensure the expression of the regional music performance characteristics with Turkish music usûls. It is considered that the elimination of the inconsistencies mentioned is important for Turkish music education and performance. In this study, the compilation process of folk songs is mentioned briefly, the notes of the folk songs in TRT repertoire, the sound recordings of the source people and/or local artists reached and the Turkish music and/or usûl properties of local music are examined comparatively, determined and classified according to Aksak Semai and Curcuna usûls. As a result of the examination of five thousand and one hundred thirteen folk songs in TRT repertoire, folk songs determined to be in Aksak Semai (5 pieces) and/or Curcuna (three hundred and eighty three pieces) usûls were corrected with Final note writing program by taking into account with the requirements of these usûls. In this study, the problem sentence was determined as“How should Ten-Time Songs in TRT Turkısh Folk Musıc Repertoire Be Determined Accordıng to Aksak Semaî and Curcuna usûls and should be noted”. Morever, in this study, a usûl which was not written in Aksak Semai or Curcuna usûl, although written ten times, was also determined and a pattern and a name have also been proposed for this purpose to be introduced to Turkish music literature. In addition, folk songs performed with this proposed usûl were determined and the notes of these songs (twenty-nine pieces) were revised according to this usûl and presented in the appendix. It is suggested that the notes of folk songs presented in this study should be added to the repertoires and ensured to be used.
