Özet
Ahmed Hilmî el-Koğî hayatını ilim tahsili, tedrisi ve te'lifi ile geçirmiştir. Tefsîre dair yazdığı Tefsîra Hilmî adlı eserin dili Kürtçe olup Fâtiha, Bakara ve Âl-i İmrân sûresinin ilk dokuz âyetiyle sınırlıdır. Çalışmamız giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte çalışmanın konusunun Ahmet Hilmî el-Koğî ve tefsire dair yazdığı Tefsîra Hilmi adlı eser olduğu, çalışmanın amacının da Şark bölgesi âlimlerinden olan el-Koğî'nin tefsir yönünün ortaya çıkmasını sağlamak olduğu ifade edilmiştir. Ayrıca girişte çalışmanın yöntemi kısaca şöyle ortaya konmuştur: Kürtçe olan tefsirdeki bilgiler Türkçeye çevrilmiş ve aktardığı bilgiler tefsir ilmi açısından tahlil edilmiştir. Birinci bölümde el-Koğî'nin hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve eserleri tanıtılmıştır. İkinci bölümde tefsirin genel özellikleri ele alınmış olup, tefsirin en belirgin özelliklerinden birisinin de ayetlerdeki kelimelerin sözlük ve ıstılahî anlamları arasındaki münasebeti belirtmesi olduğu ifade edilmiştir. Yine ikinci bölümde el-Koğî'nin hangi tefsir kaynaklarından yararlandığı belirtilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise müfessirin tefsirdeki metodu incelenmiştir. Müfessir, rivayet tefsiri olarak Kur'an'ı Kur'an ile, Kur'an'ı sünnet ile, Kur'an'ı sahâbe sözü ile ve Kur'an'ı tâbiûn sözüyle açıklamaktadır. Dirayet noktasında da müfessir ayetleri tefsir etmede sarf-nahiv, belâgat, kelam ve fıkıh ilimlerini kullanmıştır. Ayrıca müfessir tefsirde hurûf-u mukattaa, nâsih-mensûh, sebeb-i nüzûl, Kur'an kıssaları ve İsrâiliyât gibi Kur'an ilimlerinden de istifade etmiştir. Ahmed Hilmi al-Kogi spent his life with studying, educating and writing of science. The language of his book Tafsîra Hilmi, written on Tafsîr, is Kurdish and limited Al-Fâtiha, Baqara and the first nine verses of Âl-i İmran Surah. Our study consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introduction, it is stated that the subject of the study is Ahmet Hilmi al-Kogi and his work Tefsira Hilmi wrote about the tafsir and that the aim of the study is to reveal the tafsir aspect of al-Kogi, one of the scholars of the Orient region. In addition, the method of the study is explained briefly as follows: The information in the Kurdish Tafsir has been translated Turkish and the information it has been analyzed in terms of the tafsir sicence. In the first chapter, the life, scientific personality and works of al-Kogî are introduced. In the second chapter, the general features of tafsir are discussed and it is stated that one of the most prominent features of tafsir is the relationship between the dictionary and the meaning of the words in the verses. Also, it is indicated the sources of tafsir al-Kogi used. In the third regions, the method of glossator in tafsir is examined. The glossator explains the Qur'an with the Qur'an, the Qur'an with sunnah and the Qur'an with the word of the companions and the Qur'an with the word of the successors of companions as the narrative tafsir. The glossator uses grammar-syntax, rhetoric, kalam and fiqh sciences in the interpretation of the verses at the acumen tafsir. He also have benefited from the Qur'anic sciences such as hurûf-u mukattaa, nâsıh-mensûh, reason for revelation, Qur'an parables and İsrâiliyât in the tafsir.
