Özet
.VII- 3.ÖZET Eğitimde ve sporda Dünya devletleri arasında başarıya ulaşabilmenin yolu, bu konularda bizi başarıya götürecek sağlam teşkilâtların kurulması, iyi yönetilmesi, kuruluşlar arasındaki organizasyonların sağlıklı olmasıdır. İnsanımızın artan problemlerini kaldırmada, sporun önemi her geçen gün artmakta, gelişmiş ülkelerde ilaçla tedavinin yerini, otla tedavi veya bir takım fiziksel hareketlerle iyileştirme yolları almakta ve bu uygulama revaç bulmaktadır. Durum böyle olunca beden eğitimi ve sporun gelişmesine ve geliştirilmesine yönelik çalışmalar, teşkilâtlanmalar giderek ağırlık kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de Spor Eğitimcisi Yetiştiren Kurumların Mevcut Durumları; Selçuklular öncesi döneminden başlanarak günümüze kadar incelenmiştir. İnceleme esnasında mevcut durumda spor eğitimcisi yetiştiren Gençlik ve Spor Genel Müdürlüğü (G.S.G.M.), Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu (T.F.F.) ve üniversitelerin sayıları 44'ü bulan Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksek Okulları (B.E.S.Y.O.), Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Bölümleri (B.E.S.) çeşitli yönlerden; öğretim elemanı, öğrenci, spor tesisi, uzman, fiziki şartlar, ders programlan, bilimsel faaliyetler vb. incelenmiş bugünkü durumları ortaya konulurken gelecekle ilgili öneriler de yapılmıştır. Ayrıca B.E.S.Y.O. ve B.E.S. Bölümü idareci ve öğrencilerine soru envanteri yöneltilmiş, öğrencilerin verdikleri cevaplar analiz edilmiştir. Türkiye'de beden eğitimi ve spor eğitimcisi yetiştiren kurumların; öğretim elemanı, fiziki şartlar, araç-gereç noksanlığı, bilimsel faaliyetler yönünden istenen düzeyde olmadığı, bu durumdan kurtulmak için de, bu kurumların işbirliği yapmaları gerektiği, beden eğitimi ve spor eğitimcisi yetiştiren kurumların yeniden yapılanmasının şart olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.

ABSTRACT The way to be surceifull in education and in sport among the world-states is to establish some strong institutions that will take you to succes and to have a good monegcrial system. The organizations, also, beetween the institutions should be healty. The importance of the sport has been being great for every passing day in dealing with the problems of our people; Healşng with herbs and some physical exersizes have been taking the place of curing with drugs and It has been becoming widely spread all over the world. That's why, studyings and organizings for physical education and improving and elaborating have been becoming important qradually. In this study, the present situations of the institutions that are educating sport- educator, beginning from the pre-selchucs-era till today, have been investipated. During this study, while presenting the present situations of the office of the General Youth and Sport Managership (G.S.G.M.), Turkey-Football-Federation (T.F.F.), forty Physical Education and Sport High-Schools (B.E.S.Y.O.) from different universities and also the present situations of the teachers, students, sport organizations, experts, physical-contitions, lesson-programs, scientific activities have been investigated from different aspects, some new ideas also suggested. On the other hand, some questions were asked to the managers and the students of B.E.S.Y.O. and B.E.S. and their answers were analized. As a resuld, It has been understood that in Turkey, the institutions that educating physical education and sport educator; and the teachers, physical conditions, equipments are not at the expected-level. To overcome this problem, there must be a good cooperation beetween the institutions and it is necessary that the institutions educating the student of physical education and sport have to be re organized.
