Özet

İslam'ın şartlarından olan namaz ibâdeti Kur'an'da farz kılınmış ve Hz. Peygamber tarafından nasıl kılınması gerektiği öğretilmiştir. Namazın kılınışı noktasında, namazın farzları dışında kalan fiiller arasında birtakım farklılıklar söz konusudur. Namazın farzlarından olan ka'de'de, teşehhüd esnasında şehadet parmağının durumu ile ilgili de faklı uygulamalar mevcuttur. Bunun sebebi ise, teşehhüd esnasında parmağın durumunu ifade eden rivayetlerin çeşitlilik arz etmesidir. Biz bu çalışmamızda bu farklılıkları tespit etmeye ve ortaya çıkan ihtilafları gidermeye çalıştık. Bu çeşitli ifadelerin neticesinde ortaya üç faklı yaklaşım ortaya çıkmıştır. Çoğunluğun kabul ettiği görüşe göre teşehhüdde işarette bulunmak sünnettir. İkinci yaklaşımı benimseyenlere göre ise bu işaretin yanı sıra parmağın hareket ettirilmesi gerekmektedir. Son olarak teşehhüdde işaretin haram veya mekruh olduğunu savunanlar da mevcuttur.

Özet (Çeviri)

As one of the Pillars in Islam the Salat is obligatory according to the Kur´an and taught how it must be performed by the Prophet. There are a few differences between the performances if they aren't within the obligatory acts. In the act of using the forefinger while sitting in the Tashahud in the Ka´de sitting position shows also some differences in performances. The reason for this different execution's leys within the variety of narrations of the Hadith with this subject. In this Study we tried to detect those differences and to eliminate all disputes related to this subject. As a result of those different narrations three major opinions established themselves. The most prevalent opinion is that to point with the forefinger while sitting in the Tashahud is sunnah. In the second opinion it is also demanded to move the finger while pointing with it. The last opinion claims that to point with the forefinger while sitting in the Tashahud is haram or mekruh.
