Özet
Türkiye'de son yıllarda yaygınlaşmakta olan lisanslı depoculuk sistemi tarım ürünleri için büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye'de lisanslı depoculuk sistemini ortaya koymak, hububat üreticilerinin sosyo-demografik özelliklerini belirlemek ve üreticilerin lisanslı depoculuk sistemine bakış ve eğilimlerini incelemektir.Bu kapsamda Kırşehir İli'nde hububat üretiminin yoğun olarak yapıldığı Mucur İlçesi'ndeki köylerden tabakalı örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen 100 üretici ile Mayıs 2019 tarihinde yüz yüze anket yapılmıştır.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; üreticilerin yaş ortalaması 49,4 olup, %90'ı erkek ve %32'sinin lise mezunu olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Üreticilerin yıllık tarımsal gelir ortalaması 70.035 TL/yıl olarak hesaplanmıştır. Üreticilerin %73'ünün hububat üretiminde depolama yaptığı belirlenmiştir. Üreticilerin %45'inin lisanslı depoculuk sistemi hakkında bilgisi olduğu ve yine %45'inin lisanslı depoculuk sistemini güvenli bulduğu tespit edilmiştir. Üreticilerin ürünlerini lisanslı depoya bırakmak için teşvik tercihlerinin %35'nin %75'e varan faizsiz kredi imkânı ile 1. sırada yer alırken, bölgedeki lisanslı deponun devlet güvencesinde olması durumu ise üreticilerin %34'ü tarafından 2. sırada tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular ve literatür ışığında İç Anadolu Bölgesi ve tüm bölgeler için depolamadaki kalite kayıplarının önlenmesi ve güvenli depolama için lisanslı depolamanın önemi ortaya çıkmıştır.

Licensed warehousing system, which has become widespread in recent years in Turkey, is of great importance for agricultural product. The aim of this study are; to reveal licensed warehousing system, to determine the socio-demographic characteristics grain producers and to examine the tendency and view of producers about the licensed warehousing system. In this context, in May 2019, 100 face-to-face surveys were conducted with 100 producers from the villages in the Mucur town where the cereals production was intense in Kırsehir Province.According to the results of the research; the average age of the producers was 49.4 and 90% were male and 32% were high school graduates. The average annual agricultural income of the producers was calculated as 70.035 TL/ year. It was determined that 73% of the producers made storage in cereal production. It has been determined that 45% of the producers have knowledge about the licensed warehousing system and 45% of them find the licensed warehousing system safe. 35% of the incentive preferences of producers to leave their products to licensed warehouses, with interest-free credit opportunities up to 75%, the fact that the licensed warehouse in the region is under state guarantee has been preferred by 34% of the producers in 2nd place.In the light of the findings and literature obtained as a result of the research, the importance of licensed storage for safe storage and prevention of quality losses in the Central Anatolia Region and all regions has emerged.
