Özet
Ülke ekonomilerinde önemli işlevleri olan muhasebe meslek mensupları uygulamada bazı sorunlarla karşılaşmakta ve yaptıkları iş gereği mükellefler, kurumlar, kuruluşlar ve meslek odasından bazı beklentileri olmaktadır. Meslek mensuplarının beklenti ve sorunlarının çözüme kavuşturulması daha iyi hizmet vermelerini sağlayacak ve ürettikleri finansal bilginin kalitesini arttıracaktır. Bu çalışma ile Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde faaliyet gösteren muhasebe meslek mensuplarının mesleğe bakışı, sorunları ve beklentilerinin araştırılması ve beklentileri ile sorunlarına çözüm önerilerinin sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde ikamet eden muhasebe meslek mensuplarına internet üzerinden iletişim sağlayan telefon uygulaması aracılığı ile anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 417 muhasebe meslek mensubuna ulaşılmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada muhasebe, muhasebe mesleği, meslek mensuplarının mesleğe bakışı, beklentileri ve sorunları detaylı bir şekilde yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın bulgular kısmında meslek mensuplarının sorunlarının ve beklentilerinin yüksek görülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonuç ve öneriler kısmında ise meslek mensuplarının başlıca beklentileri ile sorunlarına çözüm önerisi sunulmuştur.

Accounting professional, who have important functions in the economies of the countries, come across some problems in practice and they have some expectations from the taxpayers, institutions, organizations and professional chamber because of their job. Finding solutions for the expectations and problems of the members of the profession will enable them to provide better service and enhance the quality of the financial information they produce. Thanks to this study, the perspective, expectations and problems of accounting professional operating in the Southeastern Anatolia Region were investigated and a solution proposal was offered for their expectations and problems. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the accounting professional residing in the Southeastern Anatolia Region via the telephone application that provides communication over the internet. Within the scope of the research, 417 accounting professional have been reached out. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed with the SPSS program. In the study, accounting, accounting profession, professional view of the profession, expectations and problems are detailed. In the findings part of the study, it was seen that the problems and expectations of the accounting professionals are high. In the conclusion and suggestions section of the study, the main expectations of the professions and the solution proposal for their problems are presented.
