Özet
Cinsellik insanoğlu var olduğundan bu yana hem birey hem de toplumlar için oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptir. Cinselliğin kadın ve erkeğin fiziksel, sosyal ve psikolojik iyilik halini büyük oranda etkilerken, evlilik uyumuna olan katkısının da aileyi aynı oranda etkilediği düşünüldüğünde toplum için ne denli büyük bir değeri olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı 15-49 yaş kadınların cinsel bilgi, cinsel işlev bozuklukları ve cinsel doyum durumlarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmada betimlemeye dayalı tarama modeli uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Konya il merkezinde hizmet veren özel bir hastaneye başvuran 15-49 yaş grubundaki kadınlar oluşturmaktadır (N=377). Veri toplama esnasında katılımcıların gönüllülüğü temel alınarak araştırma hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden kadınlara üç bölümden oluşan veri toplama aracı uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların sosyodemografik özelliklerin değerlendirildiği Kişisel Bilgi Formu, cinsel fonksiyonlarının değerlendirildiği Kadın Cinsel Fonksiyon Sorgulama Ölçeği ve cinsel doyumlarının değerlendirildiği Glombok Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. İstatistiksel analizlerde ankete katılan bireylere ilişkin ölçeklerin alt faktörlerinden ve genelinden elde edilen puanlar arasındaki farklılıkların analizinde t-testi ve ANOVA istatistikleri kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin ve demografik değişkenlerin normal dağılıma uygunluğunun belirlenmesi için Kolmogorov-Smirnov testi uygulanmıştır. Ölçekler ve alt boyutlara ilişkin anket güvenilirliği Cronbach Alpha testi ile kontrol edilmiştir. Katılımcıların cinsel doyumun öğrenim durumuna göre farklılık göstermediği görülmüştür. Kadın Cinsel Fonksiyon Sorgulama İndeksi ölçeğinin alt boyutu olan memnuniyet ile yaş arasında farklılık olup olmadığını belirlemek için yapılan Kruskal Wallis testi sonuçlarına göre cinsel doyumun yaş grubuna göre farklılık gösterdiği görülmüştür. Çalışmamızda cinsel doyumun öğrenim durumuna göre farklılık göstermediği, cinsel doyum duygularının yaş grubuna göre farklılık gösterdiği, katılımcıların cinsel memnuniyetleri ile evilik süresi arasında farklılıklar olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Bu bağlamda evlilik uyumunda cinsel doyumun önemli olduğu sonucuna varılabilir.

Sexuality has had a great important role for both individuals and societies since the beginning of human beings. While sexuality substantially affects the physical, social and psychological well-being of men and women, it is regarded that it has a great value for society, considering that its contribution to marital harmony also affects the family. The purpose of this study is to investigate the sexual information, sexual dysfunction and sexual satisfaction of women aged 15-49. In the research, a screening model based on description was implemented. The study group of the research consists of women (N = 377) in the 15-49 age group who have applied to a private hospital serving in the city center of Konya. During the data collection phase, the data collection tool with three chapters was applied to the women who agreed to participate in the study after they were given information about the research based on the voluntariness of the participants. We used the Personal Information Form, in which the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants were sorted out, the Female Sexual Function Inquiry Scale in which sexual functions were evaluated, and the Golombok Rust Inventory of Sexual Satisfaction, in which sexual satisfaction was identified respectively. In statistical analysis, t-test and ANOVA statistics were used in the assessment of the differences between the sub-factors and overall scores of the individuals who participated in the survey. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine the suitability of scales and demographic variables for normal distribution. The reliability of the questionnaire regarding the scales and sub-dimensions was detected via the Cronbach Alpha test. We observed that the sexual satisfaction of the participants did not differ according to their education levels. According to the results of the Kruskal Wallis test conducted to determine whether there was a difference between the variables of satisfaction and age, which was the sub-dimension of the Female Sexual Function Inquiry Index, sexual satisfaction was revealed to have varied on the basis of the age group. In our study, it was revealed that sexual satisfaction did not differ according to the educational status; feelings of sexual satisfaction differed by age group, and there were differences between the participants' sexual satisfaction and marriage duration. In this context, it can be concluded that sexual satisfaction is important in marital adjustment.
